We had to exchange a light bulb for a low wattage and they can’t give you a store credit like Home Depot. They had to process a return with the original credit card. Beware when you have to return or exchange something!

Ok on price and selection but the big disappointment was they wouldn't give a Military discount. They confirmed my ID but said I had to pre-register online first...
Home Depot just requires your ID.
Not very customer or Military friendly!!!
If I gotta do all that, I may as well just go to Home Depot.....

I used to go to Lowe's for all of my home needs. Now there seems to be a problem with veteran discounts. now Lowe's uses a fake list price to show a small discount and that doesn't give the veterans 10% off of the item, so veterans pay the same price as anyone else. the price was better at Home Depot, with a veteran's discount. a small price to pay for freedom

Had credit w them for yrs,spend between $1500 & $2000 a week, won't raise my credit above $1000. Hurts my business having to interrupt my customers day for a phone sale

Love the store and the people. This is about FLEX tools. We are builders and were switching to Flex from Dewalt. Terrrible idea. Any of the batteries still working are leaking black oil from the inside. Tools are covered in oil with drill, saw and grinder no longer working. Everyone pointing fingers in a different direction. Worst tool mistake I have every made. Spent thousands of dollars. RUNNING back to Dewalt !!!!!!!!!

Staff will outright ignore you when asking to speak with them. Rude!
Update. Still have terrible customer service. Trying to return some tile materials that was bought at a different store 5 days ago. Bought at the same time on the same card. They wouldn't let me return part of the items. This is yet another reason why I shop elsewhere. Frustrating to say the least.
