Now that's how service is supposed to be handled! I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and after the service writer looked up my vehicle and put me in the system (my first official visit) my car was taken back for service. In addition to the scheduled maintenance they took the time to close a manufacturer's recall. It was with the drive to get great customer service. They made me feel welcome and appreciated!!I will be back!!!

They do not keep track of your vehicle or where it is, they don't return calls, and specifically Christian from mechanics has awful customer service/follow up (aka does not follow back up or return calls).

Arrived early for my 8:15 appointment and was greeted by a very nice gentleman who told me where to sit and enjoy a donut & water while I wait for my truck to be returned. About 25 minutes passed when my service rep came to tell me that my truck was ready. That is the absolute quickest I’ve ever been serviced in any dealership. I appreciate the excellent handling of the customer and the service you provide.

I pre-ordered Ford maverick with Karl Flammer Ford last September 2022 due to constraints the order finally came in October 2023. This is kind of how things are right now the delay was not the dealers fault. The dealer was great , honored the price and I am very happy with the truck. Big thanks to Mack Gange my salesman. He was easy to work with, took his time to share information. You could tell he has worked in the industry for long time. Like any big purchase you need to be an educated consumer. My overall experience with Karl Flammer Ford team left a very good impression.

I was happy with my oil change and tire rotation and especially the drop off service. I was not happy to be told that I needed new rear rotors and pads, looking at the documentation from June till now this was not noticed. Upon further inspection the current statement says both my tires and rear brake pads are close, so which is it? No mention was even made on my tires. This truck is 4.5 years old the tread are still well within wear life. One tire was also replaced this year after a flat. 32,000 miles most of from moving 4 times from Illinois to Tennessee to Tampa, so I am surprised that the pads or the brakes are even close. Quality is certainly not what it used to be. I will be getting a tire and brake inspection elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. What I should have been told is my rear brake pads are getting close would you like them replaced today?

What a great experience I had at Karl Flammer. I had a day of car shopping, 9 different dealerships in one day! This was a no pressure, relaxed environment that was unmatched. I had a couple issues on my side and the Sales Member and Sales Manager worked with me and made everything so easy throughout the entire process! When its time for my next car purchase, I will make that 45 min drive to visit Karl Flammer again.Thank you Lucas and Jay!

Our experience with Karl Flammer Ford was fantastic from start to finish. Brad helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for, took my information over the phone, waited for me to arrive for two hours, and had everything ready for a super smooth transaction when I arrived. Steve in finance made the financing of my vehicle just as easy by having everything ready to go, completing all documentation in record time while explaining everything I needed to know. We arrived and left the dealership in less than an hour and a half. It was amazing and I love my new Robins Egg Blue Ford Bronco Sport Heritage!

I recently visited Karl Flammer Ford for an oil change. I was traveling and needed to get the oil change. I called Karl Flammer Ford and was given an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival I was greeted at my vehicle which the employee checked me in, then took me to the waiting room advising of free coffee and information of where the restrooms were located at. I was kept updated on the status of my vehicle then when she was ready the employee took me to check out and walked me to my vehicle making sure all was good and I was happy with the service.When I come back to visit family and need any service for my Ford vehicle I plan on visiting Karl Flammer, I did not purchase my vehicle here but was treated like I did. Excellent service

I went to Karl Flammer Ford looking for a specific car and Lucas was willing and able to help us out immediately. He answered all the questions we had and gave us the appropriate space we needed to make a very big decision to purchase the car. He and the staff went out of their way to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible with no pressure at all! I would recommend purchasing a car from this dealership...you will not regret it!!

My service experience was excellent. Christian had all of my paperwork prepared and it only took a few minutes to get checked in and the work was done within a very reasonable amount of time. He also listen to the issues I had with my car and make sure that he took care of everything. I really appreciate how kind he was and helpful.

I write books on customer service and leadership and this dealership has neither in their service department. I could write a book about the two most recent dismal experiences I had there but let's just leave it at that --- DISMAL!And apparently Jim Flammer is too busy to return a phone call.

one of the worst interactions ever. I went to the dealership to look at the Maverick trucks. I was originally going to work with Brad Davis. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by an elderly gentleman that informed me Brad was at the dentist. The older gentleman asked me what type of Maverick I was looking to order. I informed him I was looking at the XL- Super-crew. he reports that the lower end models where all "allocated" and did not even try explain why the truck where made for only a general purpose. My persecution of the interaction was, he did not even want to give me the time or day. I could only assume this because I was not dressed in a suit and tie. I am a RN who treats people at there best even when they are at there worst. like I said this is my perception of the interaction but there scores on yelp speaks volumes.

It is always nice to deal with people who really show that they care about your satisfaction. I highly recommend the Karl Flammer Ford dealership in Tarpon Springs. Ask for Sales Team Member Armando Chirinos, he really cares about the customer and goes above and beyond. I am very satisfied with my recent purchase experience.
