Now that's how service is supposed to be handled! I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and after the service writer looked up my vehicle and put me in the system (my first official visit) my car was taken back for service. In addition to the scheduled maintenance they took the time to close a manufacturer's recall. It was with the drive to get great customer service. They made me feel welcome and appreciated!! I will be back!!!

They do not keep track of your vehicle or where it is, they don't return calls, and specifically Christian from mechanics has awful customer service/follow up (aka does not follow back up or return calls).

I write books on customer service and leadership and this dealership has neither in their service department. I could write a book about the two most recent dismal experiences I had there but let's just leave it at that --- DISMAL! And apparently Jim Flammer is too busy to return a phone call.

one of the worst interactions ever. I went to the dealership to look at the Maverick trucks. I was originally going to work with Brad Davis. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by an elderly gentleman that informed me Brad was at the dentist. The older gentleman asked me what type of Maverick I was looking to order. I informed him I was looking at the XL- Super-crew. he reports that the lower end models where all "allocated" and did not even try explain why the truck where made for only a general purpose. My persecution of the interaction was, he did not even want to give me the time or day. I could only assume this because I was not dressed in a suit and tie. I am a RN who treats people at there best even when they are at there worst. like I said this is my perception of the interaction but there scores on yelp speaks volumes.

I haved always taken my car for service and repair. I needed tires and an oil change so I figured I would give them a chance to price me out on tires. Well Cody and Shaq worked with me and gave recomendations. The prices were just as good as anywhere else that I checked. Out of six different tires we decided on Falkens. These tires are quite and a smooth ride. Shaq ordered my tires on Monday and they installed them on Tuesday. My car was ready as promised by Robin my service writer. I could not be happier with the service that I received.

Overall experience was great! Everyone was friendly, professional and respectful. I realize dealerships also need to make money, but they were beyond fair and the transparency was much appreciated. Even after the purchase, my salesperson reached out to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and even ordered my accessories for me! Class act from these guys start to finish and even afterwards. Thanks so much for making a usually very stressful experience enjoyable! I won't be going anywhere else for my future vehicles!

This would be a six star review if six stars were possible! Many thanks to Greg Hiland, our incredible sales person, at Karl Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs! Just a top-notch dealership, that is very friendly, very comfortable, and zero pressure. Greg happily let us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted and we left and driving away in our dream car. The pricing was fair and upfront. Everything was as promised. I had read wonderful reviews about this dealership online... Which is why I drove by many Ford dealerships on my way from Clearwater to Tarpon Springs just to shop at Karl Flammer Ford. This is a family run business... and it really is like buying a car how it used to be - happy event. Greg is a car lover and a Ford enthusiast. We learned he actually owns a vintage Mustang. He easily fielded all of the questions we had about the Bronco we were shopping for. And that's the truck we drove home in that day! Jay in the financing department was wonderful as well. Zero pressure, very friendly, very personable, contributed to the overall great experience! Highly recommended!

I was in the process of completing a 'deal/ sale' on a used Buick. They asked for my trades mileage and VIN. Assumed we were closing the deal by email. My deal was cash + trade + cash. Upon submitting my VIN one day, then another day goes by and another. So I email back. Oh, sorry, there was a deposit put on your car and it is being picked up wednesday, 48 hrs. What ! ! Seeing so many one star ratings for this outfit ? I do NOT see them doing the HONORABLE thing and completing the sale to me. Very disrespectful to disabled combat veterans.

Made an appointment for an oil change on my 2021 Mach I. Met by two nice gentlemen. Checked in with the service rep who quickly got through the paperwork and had the car driven into the shop for service. I was able to speak with the mechanic and expressed my concern about oil changes on this Mustang. The issue is a lower engine fairing that makes it difficult to remove the filter. This results in oil collecting on the top of the fairing, which later allows oil to leak out on to the surface where the car is parked. I was assured the oil would be cleaned from the fairing. Yeah, right. After backing my car out of my garage the other day I noticed oil on the ground where it had been parked. So, the mechanic, if he did clean up the oil, did a crap job, or the filter is leaking. Next oil change I'll do myself.
