836 Dodecanese Blvd, Tarpon Springs“Eclectic mix of items. Lovely dainty jewelry you can have personalized and sent to you. Loved all of it! Had a couple rings made for my daughter and they turned out as expected! Nice quality! I purchased through the Etsy shop.”
“Absolutely great place worth at least taking a visit to when shopping. The vegetable ivory stands out with hand made items. Almost every store we visited while here had the same cheaply manufactured t shirts and necklaces whereas the vegetable ivory was extremely unique and from what I can tell entirely hand made and ethically sourced. If you’re looking for a place to stop that isn’t just your everyday tourist trap this is the place to stop for sure. It’s also worth mentioning the lady who runs the store is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the ivory plants and how they are gathered for any questions!”
“Great shop for gifts....well.... mostly I buy gifts for myself.Laura is delightful and the variety and quality of the selection she has added is truly lovely. Highly recommend you stop by next time you're at the Docks.”
“Some of the nicest e people in the world. So great to have an old fashioned family wonder store with kind people. Brought ring in for repairs and they chatted up myself and son with genuine questions and interest, fixed the rings and cleaned them and then didn't even charge. Would recommended to anyone and everyone.”
“This sponge factory is located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. We were walking by and decided to check it out. At first glance, it's a gift shop with natural sponge from the Gulf of Mexico nearby and goat milk soap; there were other various knick knacks too. A typical and common gift shop for the area.
Tarpon Springs is known for their sponge diving and harvesting. This place also offers sightseeing cruises; you are able to view dolphins and manatees swimming by. The cruise also stops by a beach; you can pick up shells for souvenirs. There was a photo op outside with a sponge diver structure. Parking was spacious and they have a Greek restaurant nearby called Yiannis.
We didn't go on the cruise or go to the restaurant but we did shop at the gift shop; I bought some goat milk soap that was on sale. Overall, decent spot to buy some souvenirs, soap, and sponges.”
“Great prices! Located down the hall in the very back of the lighthouse shoppes. It's super hidden and easy to miss but you won't want to with the incredible deals!”
“Devéne (or Devéen) is AMAZING. Her aura is everything. She's so lovely. I visited earlier today with my friend, and the environment and her sweet customer service was so magical and so appreciated. Thank you Dee !! ⭐️”
