Instead of calling a generic 800 number, we get to reach out directly to Ed, Brian, or another member of their Trinity office who knows us and our needs.
In our line of work, we constantly need certificates of insurance to provide to contractors. I’m frequently emailing Brian for certificates, and he always responds quickly and lets me know right away if any changes are required. His efficiency makes the process stress-free.
