Great shop, reasonably priced and easy to work with. The shop came highly recommended from Auto Zone associates who had run the diagnostic tool on my car. They spoke highly of GR Automotive and I’m very glad I followed their advice.

We went to GR Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection of a 2020 Colorado that was being sold by a nearby car dealership. They fit us into their schedule and took the truck immediately for the inspection. They were done on time and texted us when it was ready. Yanni took the time to explain the inspection report to us page by page, giving us peace mind in his knowledge as well as the condition of the truck. Thanks Yanni and GR!

Yanni and his team were awesome! Another shop couldn’t figured out what was wrong with my truck. Yanni’s team knew exactly what was wrong and documented the repairs with photos so I could see the work they did. This place is awesome!!! Moving to Florida and not having my family to take car of my car was scary (my father owned an Autobody Shop and my uncle is a mechanic) but Yanni seemed very honest and knowledgeable so I tried them. Now I have been there multiple times and I am super happy!!! The last thing that I needed required Yanni to go WAY out of his way for me and I’m so appreciative!!! The level of customer service is unparalleled!!! Also *Yanni explains to you what they actually did - and in a way that is helpful and nice, which is not only rare but an art in it’s self!!!

Hands down the best experience I have had getting my car repaired anywhere! I went to Yanni because he was a listed partner with my CarMax warranty, and was blown away with the professionalism and kindness we received. Later in the year, he helped my step sons with their vehicles and they too were impressed. 10:10!

Polite, straight forward and professional! I had a simple repair. Yanni checked out my vehicle the same day I called, and gave me a very fair quote. I got scheduled the next morning and the job was complete! I am very impressed by his operations and high standards. You can see it when looking at his garage. Clean, neat and organized! That’s speaks volumes! It took 18 years to find a mechanic I can trust with the care of my vehicle.

Had Yanni and Jonathan work on my 1994 Miata, and they were very thorough and laid out for me all repairs that needed to be done immediately (power steering rack and rear caliper/brakes) and things that will eventually need to be addressed over the coming months/years. I have never experienced such a transparent and honest repair shop and I cannot recommend GR Automotive highly enough.
This shop also does specialize in Miatas, so if you have one, you need to take it here to get the best care in the Tampa area. Will be coming here for everything I need for my vehicles!
