Goodyear auto had 2 new tires run flats Y rated and new in june 2019. In Sep 2019 part of the sidewall foam failed and they said things happen. Bought a new tire, a continental. With the same speed rating and similar tread pattern. Has worked flawlessly. March 2020 a mechanic changing my oil noticed a bulge on another goodyear tire. I called factory customer service who directed me to TP location.
The guy that did the workup was so nice and said I can have it here tomorrow. I said that's great. I was happy they stood behind their product. I saw he was charging $10 less than the tire rack rack price. He said $198 was due. I then left and I ordered a continental because I never had any tires fail like this. No more Goodyear's after 20 years

I had 3 vehicles go down all in a 2 day period. Pete got 2 knocked out in less than a day. I Dropped one and had one towed, figuring I'd be out a car for at least 2 days but with the help of Josh and Jeff(?), Pete may not have been able to such a quality job on my vehicles.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND GO THRU YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS INSIDE YOUR CAR! The fact that their own assistant manager, JOSH (the guy at the counter with the mustache) will talk you into buying extra things for your car that doesn’t need. They left trash in my glove compartment as well! Very disgusting people. I wish to get a lawyer for this soon!

Took my daughter there to get a simple oil change and to buy 2 new tires, Josh the assistant store manager made out the invoice and quote us a price, after waiting 3 + hours hanging out at Panera and the near by stores, came back and her car still wasn't finished, have to wait another hour, on our way driving home she feels her car pulling to the right evidently they did not do an alignment which they has alignment checked on the invoice, had to turned around and brought her car back, letting them know what happened, Josh came out and told us a cacabull story about the reason for the pulling, all that time I'm saying to myself don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining, my daughter ended up buying 4 tires another price with the alignment price, have to wait another 2 more hours, after we got home the kicker is they had went in her gloves compartment even leaving some mask gloves, ? bad service, she told her dad what happened, and he advised her never go to another mechanic shop without him again because evidently they had taken advantage of her in buying 4 tires, buy we live and learn and will never go back again, and I wouldn't recommend.

Lol told me they could not patch my tire.That I would have to purchase a new tire.lol I a woman but not stupid. Went right down the road. Got patched for 30.00 ..Thank you for understanding. I will come back and try again...

Place was really accommodating, these guys are get-up-and-go workers, especially Josh Sutton. He really, really helped me out a lot. I highly recommend this Goodyear in Tarpon Springs.?

I needed 2 tires. They said I couldn't leave the shop unless I bought 4 tires. They said my honda is AWD ? and that was why I needed 4 tires. It's not all wheel drive. They tried to scam me and keep my car when i declined their service. Terrible way of doing business. Very dishonest

Made appointment online, but when I got there I was told that online appointments aren't put on the stores calendar, and I essentially had no appointment. Would suggest if you make online appointment, you skip Goodyear and try somewhere else.
Addendum: I was contacted by the store manager who advised that this was an anomaly, and hasn't happened before. I still intend to take my two vehicles to this shop and appreciate the manager's response. I have always felt and still do feel that the employees at this shop have been competent, efficient and courteous.

George the manager took great care of me when I stopped in a panic.
He was honest and helpful. Was very pleased and will return for tires on our other vehicle for sure.
