So Empathetic:)Wow ?I’ve been with Freedom since 2015 and by far have had the Greatest Service,Experience and Cleanest Fleet of Boats Ever there at Tarpon #2 location within the recent 2-3 Months it’s been a Luxury.Shout out to MR. Mike Blount for Creating such Pleasant ambiance and experience here in the Tarpon Region, Coordinating The Operations all these years makes this possible!Great Passion and still with the company to this day. It’s a pleasure seeing you on the dock time to time Mikey!Good job Brunswick keeping the Original in the game for the Tarpon Members . Dock hands were awesome: friendly, helpful, backed boat into dock for easy out, helped with rod/gear. My fishing buddy (who has been to several FBC locations) even commented that other FBC docks could learn a thing or two from these guys on member treatment. If you had some pontoons you’d be my home dock. Great job!

The new upgraded boats are amazing and new. The dock staff does a great job and is very reactive. We broke down the last time out for the first time in our membership and called the dock, they sent a new better boat out with another boat within an hour. It was very quick and safe and they just said sorry for the inconvenience enjoy this boat and have a good day. Fantastic service that is why you join the boat club. The Quick link needs some work though many boats shown available are not available.

As always. . . Great. Had the Clearwater, 200hp. Rode nose down until figured out trim tabs. Then cruised fine even in today' rough water.

Cody, our dockhand, was so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. We’ve been making the rounds to all of the TB locations and while everyone has been nice, Cody was exceptional! He even offered some extra assistance with their location’s tight space! I told my husband that I probably wouldn’t use that location again because of the tight space, however, smooth seas never made a skilled sailor. Thanks, Cody! We’ll see you again!

We are loving the freedom boat club. Today Cody at tarpon II was amazing So helpful and so knowledgeable about all the boats. Answered all of my husband’s questions. We are sorry we didn’t join a long time ago. But so glad we found out about it. It’s amazing

I’m thankful for the great service I received on my first trip out with the freedom membership! Boat was ready in a timely fashion and we were on it and off to our day on the water. Boat was great! We had everything we needed for our trip including a live well, great sound system, a good motor and everything worked! I absolutely recommend this membership to anyone who lives in Florida! It’s an awesome deal!

My wife and I wanted to stay in the Tarpon Springs area and take a couple friends out to Three Rooker Island the next morning to do a little snorkeling and shelling. We stopped by the dock of TS2 after we got into town so that I could see if any boats were available for the next morning. The guys working were great with me and showed me a few of the boats that were still available. I was trying to make up my mind of which boat would be best for us and the advice I was given was very valuable and helped me make my decision. The next morning we showed a little early to the dock and the two dockhands had everything already set to go for us. One was a gentleman from the evening before, and the other was a young lady who was also very kind and helpful - in fact my wife really enjoyed chatting with her.Our friends that we were taking out were celebrating their 7th anniversary and they loved going by boat through Tarpon Springs and especially loved being able to go out to an island. My wife and I are longtime teachers who make modest salaries, yet FBC has a way of providing us with an opportunity to, as we say, live like the rich folk at times. It's so cool to be able to take out different boats and venture out of a variety of areas. We truly appreciate it!

Another great day on the water!!! Thank you Sara and Shane for getting us on the waitlist and calling back when there was an available boat. Definitely spoiled coming out of this location. Awesome boat. My friends are all boat owners so I’m finally able to get out there with the rest of my family to hang out and enjoy the summer!

Shane and Sarah were yet again great to have! They communicated very effectively and even helped in rebooking the boat after the cut-off time on the reservation tab. The boat was fueled and ready at the dock prior to even being there. A little rough waters, but always a favorite location to go out of. Thanks FBC.
