“My first time using Batteries Plus. I took my IPhone XR in for a replacement screen and was happily greeted by a very nice young man who said he would have my phone back to me in a couple of hours. I picked up my phone and all was well for a few hours. I started to notice glitches and strange things happening when I tried to use the phone. I went back several times but the phone never misbehaved when I was there. After 3 weeks of this and several different interventions to try to fix the issues I spoke with Mike who asked me to bring the phone in so they could put another screen on. Mine replaced my screen, added a new screen saver, FREE, and all has been well for several days. Thank you to Mike and Tyler for their support and dedication in helping to fix this problem.”

“Got a virus scam alert from what said was microsoft. After being on the phone I started to figuire out I was a victom of a scam. Called Dan up and took it to him. He explained everything to me, was very friendly and fixed Im computer. Its running like the day I bought it again. Great place and Im glad hes in Pinellas County”
“Brought in a boom box that wasn’t taking a charge and of course I forgot to bring the charger. He suggested I buy a new charger and see if that fixes the problem before doing anything costly like replacing battery. He even went online and found the charger for me to go and order on Amazon so I could return it if it didn’t fix it.. I got that $15 charger and It works perfectly now!!! I now have a level of trust with him that will give him all my business!!”
“My relationship with ADU Computer started 3 years ago when the number one item on my son's(3) Christmas list was "gaming" computers. I thought I was somewhat computer savvy but I would quickly find out I was not. This would have been a perfect opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and charge me a lot of money. “GEM Services is defiantly the place to go if you need a TV repair. We previously used them to repair a TV and they were Very fair, Honest, and Reasonable! So we had another TV that we were ready to throw away, but remembered about GEM services....thank goodness we did. We called Eddie and explained the problem and he said to bring it in, and at NO cost would check it out.....who even does that these days. Well, long story short, the TV was fine, Eddie charged us Nothing, like he said, because and the problem ended up being the new Chromecast we bought! Eddie's customer service is Amazing and in this day and time, extremely Rare. Thank you, Eddie, you saved us a lot of money, because we didn't need to buy another TV!”
