Unacceptable!! Grooming Room is EXTREMELY HOT! I would say it is dangerously hot! I took my dog to get her nails trimmed and had to go back with her. There is only ONE small vent to cool the entire room and while I was there, there weren't even any doggy dryers on. Quite honestly, I can't even imagine how hot this room would be with dryers running. I also went at 5:00, when the sun was down and it was still so hot you could barely breathe in the room!! Please save your pup and consider going elsewhere until the owner fixes the air conditioning. In the summer, it will be even hotter. I spoke with the manager and another lady working there, and they said they had turned off the air, because they were getting ready to close. Even still, there is only one small vent to cool this entire room. This is really unacceptable! This room ought to be used as a storage space, but certainly not for grooming dogs. This store just recently relocated, and their previous location had a great grooming room, but I would rate this grooming room a zero. If they are going to do grooming, they definitely need to spend some money and have proper airflow back to the dogs.

Did excellent job giving my dog a bath hair cut and price reasonable.I left dog with them and called me as soon as they were done.

Found this gem last month when I quit Chewy to support a locally owned business. Two great shopping experiences in a row! Always have my babies Zignature in stock. Super clean, and staff was super sweet and helpful.

Wonder service. The ladies son helped me out tremendously. He told me he usually made deliveries but was behind the counter that day. He was very patient with the elderly gentleman I was with. My friends bad attitude was calmed down very professionally by this young man. I will definitely return but leave my friend at home. Hahaha. Thanks so much for your help and 5 star service.

Dog groomer was awesome she takes care of the dogs and does a great job. Definitely should try them out. They are a great place to get your furry friend groomed and looking good

The most friendly, personable, and knowledgeable pet store I frequent. I shop for both my cat and dog. And since my girlfriend brought me, I haven’t choose anywhere else for my pet needs 10/10 recommend for pet owners looking to find more natural approaches for they’re Fur Babies!

I have been going to Dog lovers of Tarpon for about 6 years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.They have a large array of food, snacks, toys and many more things to choose from. I love the self service bath area and I would definitely recommend them. One day I was looking for a product they do not carry and a staff member was kind enough to look it up on line to tell me where I could get it. Very much appreciated the extra effort. Thank you. ?

I am so glad we stopped in here. The store is so clean and the playground was a great surprise. Every single employee was so nice and had a great attitude. Mikaela happened to be our cashier and also interacted with us on the floor. She was really awesome. It was so nice to go into a store with such happy and helpful employees. Their love for animals was shining ❤
