I had an issue with my gas the other day and thought the pump might of been malfunctioning and did not give the amount of gas that I had gotten charged for. I talked to Eddie, the manager in the morning, about my situation with the gas pump. He took the time to hear me out and solved my issue right away. We found out that I had a faulty fuel gauge. This is the first time that I've ever ran into a problem like this. I am very pleased to have been helped out by Eddie and given advice on how to move forward on monitoring gas mileage until the faulty fuel gauge can be fixed.

Cashier's don't do anything with self checkout being an option that appears to be the only way to pay. I bought cigarettes so I managed to get their attention at some point. Then I was overcharged by 5 bucks. I know what I bought and saw the total. Didn't get a receipt. Then I saw the charge on my transaction history. So I'm disputing the overcharge. Can't trust anyone when it comes to money ??. Greedy dishonest folks on drugs working the register.

Stopped by this circle k real quick for a beverage and gotta say, to the guy working behind the counter around 9pm on 3/2/2024, you're the real mvp. There was a gentlemen in a wheelchair and could not get through to the restrooms due to a cooler in the way, and the dude behind the counter moved the heavy cooler and made sure the gentlemen got through. It was so nice of him.

I really dislike coming into this store. I was forced to use a self checkout after stating I didn’t want to. Well I left. I will not come back. Everything I go there they ignore you and avoid the registers. Putting self checkouts was the worse thing circle k could’ve done! Now the cashiers just sit on their phones and avoid customer interactions!!!

Avoid if possible this location charges more than other circle k locations likely because it’s the only main gas station on 19 & Tarpon. Still doesn’t give the right to overcharge people getting gas.

The woman working todag was extremely rude and literally ignored me when i was asking her a question. Twisted myself multiple times and she pretended not to hear me. Never coming back.

I do not appreciate being forced to use self checkout. I will leave and go somewhere else before using self checkout. I do not get a w2 or a 1099 so therefore allow me to be checked out by the cashier you hired to do such things!!
