I have been trying for over two years to get my father's accounts settled to finish up settling his estate.
Chase has been the largest hold up for a safety deposit box and less than $100.
I have a certified will from the county court clerk and death certificate. They require probate, which the state does not.
I was also listed as signer on his checking account and live at the same address as his. They also had copies of his POA and Health Surrogat paperwork before his death that named me. I also have an account under his veteran account .
Just sad to cause this much stress and financial burdens, as well as more grief!!

I am very disappointed in the way this branch treated my husband today. They shorted him $20 when we went thru drive-thru and we instantly went in and they gave him attitude, very rude, took an hour to count the drawer just to find out my husband wasn't lying because they were $20 over in the drawer and they didn't even apologize just rude rude and he's been banking here for 15-20 years make's us want to bank elsewhere. Tarpon Springs location are mean and not very pleasant, stay clear because we will go somewhere else.

Went into the Tarpon Branch only to get a beneficiary added to our multiple accounts. We scheduled and appointment and met with an impetuous woman, Beverly (I think a personal banker) who would not do the beneficiary signature until she "found out more about us".. so we spent the next 1 hour and 15 minutes answering all her questions about "who we were" to include questions about what our jobs were, titles, annual income, investments, etc...Repeatedly we told her that our annual income, etc. was not really "who were were" and we would not answer the question(s).To add insult to injury, in the end, Beverly was unable to complete the beneficiary paperwork because of some computer problem she was having. It was the only reason for our visit! HOW INSULTING it was because you could see exactly what she was after, our $$$s.See we already had a wonderful personal banker, Casey (Alderman and Alt 19 branch) who was not able available at that time, so we went to the Tarpon Springs Branch. (But Beverly already knew Casey was our personal banker when she started all her questioning.) The differences between the two branches is night and day... Casey is helpful, easy-going and a great listener to help solve problems, while Beverly seemed self-serving and quite the opposite.Steer clear of the Tarpon branch unless Casey happens to be there.

Andrea is such a wonderful amazing employee and I am so happy to have gotten the opportunity to have gotten her help! Absolutely amazing customer service support and cant recommend her enough! Extremely helpful and I appreciate her kindness while I am going through a rough time! 11/10 employee and will be coming back to her anytime I need banking help ?

Very nasty branch, it took one associate coming from the ? of the front counter to speak , remind you it was over 7 other employees present. Some Asian lady with the horrible makeup looking like a mortician did it ran right past me trying to please a man n a 3 piece suit ... gave me eye contact as she ran by me trying to do to much for a customer cause the way he was dressed , he was nice looking ? tho you never know what someone has or is going to do based on an bias determination " I wasn't in no 3 piece suit, tho i was dressed comfortable and warm and was there to not waste no one's time , I promise you that. " I got up after sitting alone for about 10 mins , I refuse to do business where I'm not welcomed! The two associate's behind the front counter was doing completely nothing?? this caused me to drive to one of the Palm Harbour locations,They Are Lovely Over There ... I was finally greeted and treated like a human -Go See Chelsey ?

The worst banking experience I have ever had in my life...I walked in today looking for help with my small business/account I was overdrafted hundreds of dollars, no low balance notifications no card declined no email notification no alerts just racked up fees on my business account and this is not the first time chase has hit me with ridiculous fees when I had stated to the banker that was "helping me" and the branch manager that I was not happy with Chase and I will be looking for a new bank account and disputing the fees I was told to leave the store and my business card was canceled without my PERMISSION these people are not professional and do not care about the customers do not bank with this branch!

Very disappointed in Chase customer service and how they are doing their job. For one “big” bank I haven’t expected such a bad way of doing business and not care about customers. After visiting 4 times branch for they mistake, keep my accoubt frozen for a weeks and keep me on phone hold over 45 min , they didn’t even deserved one star.
