Having my pickup stolen in east pasco and informed abandoned in Tarpon Springs is what brought me to this establishment, and they were the ones who picked it up from where abandoned and brought nit to their lot. A little off the Beaten path, but GPS will get you there. I arrived at 1pm with hopes of putting gas in the tank and giving it a jump to start it and drive home. We'll that would have been way too easy for me, and I should have known better nothing goes smooth with me it's a curse. Starting with my 1pm arrival, the office closes for lunch for an hour. I drove back put to civilization and found something to occupy my time in the form of scratch off tickets. In a perfect world, I would have hit one of those tickets for what it was going to cost me to get the Ole truck out on bail. Fat chance. On return to the place, the office was open, and the guy behind the counter was laid back and went through the paperwork. When it came time to pay, he was nice enough to call the owner to see if I
could get a reduced price. Throughout the process, he did this three times. I felt like I was on that game show where the guy keeps making phone calls to someone upstairs who gives the offer. Whoever it was upstairs, I personally want to thank you for making this whole ordeal as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. Especially giving me slack on some of the charges. You have no idea what it meant to me. The truck would not start, and it was left outside the gate. I returned later in the evening and tow roped it back. I doubt I will ever find the opportunity to patronage them again due to living in East Pasco. The entire time there, the counter guy would tell me a certain charge that I had to pay but always picked up the phone to.the mystery guy seeking consessions and got them. How cool is that? On hindsight I wonder if the counter guy is the mystery man and he was just having fun with me

I unfortunately got into an accident via hit and run and my car was towed to Bradford's Towing by the police. The woman who works here was super nice and helpful, she took the time to talk to me and explain things. Obviously, I hope this scenario never happens again but I'm glad they were so pleasant.

This place told us our car had alot of undercarriage damage and it wasent safe for them to release it to us. They offered to put it on the lift and let us know how much we had to pay to fix it. We quickly declined. When I showed up there with my own tow truck and mechanic to pick it up they drove it out of the yard no problem and there was NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER.! This place will try to scam you!!! Do NOT trust them!!!

Typical tow company in cahoots with the local police to maximize profits and take advantage of the poor ??UPDATE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE ?:We understand rates are set within your MUTUALLY-BENEFICIAL private contract with the Tarpon Springs Police department, however, it is unnecessary [and unethical] for employee(s) answering your 24/7 business phone to intentionally mislead, complicate matters, & fabricate information such as, providing inaccurate hours of operation, stating we'd have to pay extra if coming at certain times, claiming "the police removed the license plate...", etc. This is all being done for the sole purpose of extending our vehicle's time on your property and thus, costing low-income people like ourselves a SIGNIFICANT amount more than what was truly required.I would recommend to Tarpon Springs Police department that they utilize a more ethical towing company. Although my family is still very surprised that they don't have their own police impound like many other police departments have, especially ones with plenty of funding like Tarpon!HIGHLIGHT MOMENT⏳?:Your company was also bold enough to charge my cousin for a whole extra day stay, merely because his blue Chevy Silverado pickup truck was brought into your compound @ 11:54pm (we couldn't help but notice that their clocks inside the office were all conveniently set 5-10mins slower than real time).FINAL NOTE/MIC DROP MOMENT?:After all of the malarkey the female "employee" fed my cousin & disabled 68-year-old Aunt over the phone several times about having to pay extra If someone has to make a "special trip" out to their office location, it turns out upon arriving at Bradford Towing (several days later) that someone or some employees actually live directly above their office 24/7 in the same building ??????♂️???⚖️

This is a police impound lot as well as a tow yard so they had extra rules in place. Staff was very accommodating after my accident. Overall very friendly and efficient.

Awesome company. Most responsive company I could find by far. Quick service. Father and son duo working. My plastic bumper had been slightly bumped up to my own fault because of some rope I had left tied on to my tow hook. They insisted on not taking any payment. Very honest people. 10/10.

They were the company that picked up my son's bike after an accident. Only interacted when we went to sign the release for the insurance company. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and answered any questions that they could.

Very Nice Staff, after being in an accident my car was towed here…. Location was in the middle of nowhere which was a little creepy BUT I was satisfied with their service, I would use them again!
