The techs were pleasant, straight forward and didn't try to push the most expensive service for no reason or try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't want. There was also a $25 off coupon on their website. I just had to show them the barcode.

I won't be going back to this location. I have never experienced such blatantly dishonest sales tactics at any other location. It seemed that the manager was pressuring the staff to upsell. I get that, BUT- the kid repeatedly lied to me about what my car needed. I am a blonde female, I'm used to being underestimated. He told me my wiper blades were dry rotted, I just put them on myself a month ago, $80 blades. I told him that and he said well, it's not in my system, I said why would it be? I did it myself. He then tells me (without even seeing my mileage yet) my vehicle is due for a complete coolant flush.... I said no, I just had my transmission serviced and all fluids were flushed and replaced 6 months ago. He said we should just go ahead and do it anyway... I said NO. I JUST WANT MY OIL CHANGED. Then he pulls the air filter (brand new, I just put it in last week) and he says this filter is filthy! I'm going to go ahead and change it for you... I said NO! JUST CHANGE THE OIL!Look, I get upselling, I respect the need for it. I do not appreciate or respect being lied to about what my car needs.

Unreal how unprofessional Max a technician was- multiple f bombs and called me the b word! (Ask Kevin he can verify) All because he couldn’t hear me when I was giving him my information (I had to get out of my car to input my own information) and that I told him I’ve never had a full synthetic oil change before. Not sure why things went completely off the rails because of that but he certainly should never have used that language. I stopped to tell Kevin about my experience (which Kevin was very nice and listened to my complaint) and the rantings got worse from Max! I cannot even express how inappropriate this was. If you want to wait 20 minutes to just be yelled at with profanities and leave without ever getting your oil change this is the place for you.

Took my Hertz rental car to this location twice. Both times, the employees were professional and thorough. Even though taking a rental car in for an oil change is very UNCOMMON, they walked through the process and had me on my way within 15 minutes! They had to connect through Hertz rental maintenance portal and had the approval within minutes!Very impressed with this location!.

Greeted with a smile and cold bottled water. Mike and his team walked me through the process, and whatmy options were with ease and kindness. As a woman who gets spoken poorly to at the mechanics, these guys did not. Highly recommend this location.

Jonnel seemed to be the man in charge. He was so kind and offered my kids and I some cold water bottles. While getting an oil change from Nate and Zach, someone on the team, 2 teams going at once, had said a curse word, however, I didn’t hear it. Jonnel politely told whoever said what they said, that there are kids around and to do better. Made me feel good. Great service too!

I did not have time to knit a sweater or to fix my garage door opener, but I did get an oil change, all my fluids under the hood checked by several very nice and polite workers. They all had their own job to do, communicated with each other, and got my truck back on the road! Good job!

This was my first time, and it was a great experience. The crew was very courteous and I definitely got the impression that they care about their customers. This team works like a well-oiled machine!

Donell was rude and had an attitude from the go. He repeatedly and purposefully ignored my boyfriend when we tried to tell him what to scan so he pulls up the right account (Hyundai reuses vin numbers so it’s an issue we’ve encountered before) he ended up figuring it out on his own. The real issues began when he grabbed the sticker off our car to see “what oil we use” and he began rubbing off the words? When he was sticking it back onto the windshield he pretty much made sure to rub the rest of it off even though both my boyfriend and I were sitting there repeatedly telling him “Hey, you’re rubbing the wording off”. In the end he refused to service us because his system wasn’t showing our last oil change (we normally use locations in pinellas county) We’ve had this happen to us before so we’re aware of the difference between franchise and corporate. Normally they just check the sticker and it tells both the mileage and/or date that were good until and that’s enough for them to service us. One of the employees even acknowledged that we were still 1,000 miles under so we were eligible for a top off (he was able to look at the sticker before Donell rubbed it off). I don’t believe Donell had the intention to serve us at all and it felt like he went out of his way to make sure we weren’t helped. I would leave 0 stars if I could and that’s the LAST time I will ever visit a take 5 in Pasco county. They never fail to disappoint. When we asked Donell to speak to someone else who was above him, Donell claimed to be the owner and even started screaming and making a scene infront of other customers that “No one speaks above” him. It’s safe to say he is NOT the owner, he was just taking advantage of his position as manager on duty and assuring we don’t get to talk to anyone else just like he assured we weren’t serviced for some reason. In the end my boyfriend did let him know he was being unprofessional and Donell started indicating he wanted to get physically violent. Absolutely pathetic. We went to the location on Missouri in Clearwater, where we’ve never had an issue in the last YEARS we’ve been using take 5 and we were serviced promptly and kindly, as always!

the gentlemen here are awesome! i came in today for a last minute oil change and they were professional and informative about details regarding my oil change, since this was my first one since i got this car. i’ve come to Take 5 (this location mostly) for oil changes for a few years now, and they never disappoint. couldn’t recommend more!

I come here for all my oil changes. I never feel like they are up charging me or trying to sell me something I don’t need. They are so polite and helpful! If you sign up for their emails you get discounts as well.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Thought I needed an oil change, but was unsure since the numbers rubbed off my reminder sticker. The staff checked everything out, aired up my tires, even gave me a bottle of water. Everything was the right levels and I was not charged. I appreciate their honesty and generosity.
