Very unorganized. Used to love shopping there but not lately. Not a good selection anymore.

I was so excited about going to zara Eversince i moved to the US, but it was utter disappointment ? i didn't expect the quality to be this bad. It's a no no for me for this price

The store associates are so rude and the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes when I had a question regarding my return. This left a terrible impression and I will never go back!!
