Drove over an hour for a 30” full lace wig after agreeing upon a price and length... once arriving was shown a wig that was not 30” I asked again to make sure this was the 30” wig the sales person again responded yes... the hair is not true to length and i left with nothing... I was in this same location 4 weeks ago and bought a 28” water wave 360 lace wig and once home measured the wig (yes I stretched the curl) and it was not 28” I let it go because with curly hair I understand it won’t always be true to length but straight hair

They say whatever it takes to get you in the door. Prices are different depending on how attractive you are. I drove 45 mins after clarifying what I wanted and the price over 5 times and reassured and once I got there they tried to give me 7a hair after I was promised 10A.. a lace closure wig after I was promised a lace front. I’m very particular about my hair and drove so far and was lied to. The men who work there are more concerned with getting your number.

Purchased $200 bundles (allegedly 12A) & a 5x5 closure. The hair is trash and was tossed in the trash. The closure didn’t match the hair (hair was wet n wavy, closure appeared to be Jheri curl like). Pack hair would have been significantly better than this!

the guy who runs the bears store is a egotistical pig head and jlo should avoid their contract with him... i am with my son that's 4 years old he approached me as though he was about to beat me up.called me a black Niger..he doesnt know i understand Arabic. gets up set about a comment on the franchise he is under about $200 I spent with my money with the franchise he is with and my supposed to be human hair starts shedding alot after 2weeks .go get ur hair somewhere else.
