“I’ve been getting all of my tailoring done at this Nordstrom for some time now, primarily for pant hemming, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience with the men's department tailoring team.
This past Sunday, Joice was on duty and checked me into the fitting room, promptly calling a tailor to assist me. While I waited, I observed Joice skillfully helping multiple clients—offering both style and alteration advice, assisting at the register, and managing the overall flow of the department.
It was impressive to witness such seamless multitasking paired with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. “I am very particular with the clothing I wear. I find today's styles are not a fit for me so that is why I love working with Tom James as my clothier. Erik Peterson, my rep, is incredibly knowledgeable and doesn't try to change the way I like my cloths to look. I saw a jacket the other day on a video, called Erik, and he came to my office that day. I showed him the video and asked if they could make that jacket for me. That was no problem for them. They are even getting me the buttons I wanted for that jacket. You can't go wrong with Tom James as your clothier.”

“Love my Tommy Bahama shirts, my little indulgence. I was visiting Tampa and looked this store up. Located in a mall close to where I was staying. There is construction in the parking lot. The store is well stocked with variety and clean. Staff is great and accommodating (one-on-one) service. After trying on multiple shirts, I ended up with a golf style shirt.”

I called the store, explained my dilemma, Karen pulled a few things for me so when we arrived in Tampa, I could walk in and try on. She looked up my prior purchases, and i was amazed at her care. She even sent a HANDWRITTEN TY note via good 'ol snail mail - so thoughtful. I've been shopping in a NJ location for a couple of years - never received a note.
