My mom just went to the store near her home and she had the worst customer service. Evidently the store has self service for check out my mom is elderly. She scanned her items for whatever reason the scanner decided to dismiss the entire process. She was told to take all of the items to another scanner and rescan it all over again. On top of that she is unable to see well to read or even see the screen no one offered to help her. The employees are not customer service friendly. You have lost our business and many of your customers are elderly you will continue to lose customers

Customer service at times could be very challenging, especially if you don't speak Spanish and please bring back sale on Presidente beer instead of trying to push that nasty $8 Polish VanPur on people

I would strongly appreciate it if someone within the corporate organization could review this feedback. Every time my family visits this market management store, they encounter extremely loud and offensive Cuban reggaeton music. Despite residing in this country for two decades, I have never witnessed such behavior in any other store. This conduct is deeply disrespectful and unacceptable. I bring my children to this store, and they are subjected to these vulgar words. While I acknowledge that the majority of the population in this location is Cuban, I am Cuban myself, and I find this behavior to be unethical and inappropriate. It took me a considerable amount of time to compose this review, and I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The very bad personalized cakes are broken, I don't order any more there, I'm very disappointed with them.

Music at an excessively high volume in the bakery area, the ladies who place products in the personal hygiene area are totally rude (she doesn't know what soap is), the self-service lady doesn't have information on downloading applications or the app's function for using digital coupons (she admits that she doesn't know anything about this), the store is super clean and the people in the butcher shop are friendly. A customer service course to improve because they are really terrible.

I went to this grocery store yesterday and when I was going to pay the cashier, a brunette, with a Dominican accent, was arrogant from the beginning. She asked him the price. Something looked at me, he muttered and didn't answer me. When I asked him for the second time, he told me, "I'm not going to help you." answer I tell him what your attitude is I asked you a question about a product and he said something under his breath my husband tells him what your attitude is and I proceed to find who the manager is to file the complaint, my first and last visit there they are arrogant , disrespectful

The staff at Dely, specifically an older lady, is very rude and poorly educated, which is why I left without buying the ham and the rest of that department.

I'm glad WD switched this to a latin specialty grocery store. I can find most items I used to cook with at a reasonable price. I just turned my friend from Venezuela onto Quatro Leche Cake they carry in their deli.

Oday I was in this place and I was not satisfied with my payment and when the manager called me I received terrible treatment. This person's response was try to understand why I don't have all day and my husband and I told him that those were not ways to She responded to us and only told us to leave and have a great day, knowing that the situation was not clear to us, but she didn't care, we had to leave with doubts. She is a poorly educated person. In my opinion, I think there should not be people. So in front of no job or place, changing the subject, the cashiers almost never have the staff to charge you and there are many lines, one leaves work and you have to stay there and be patient
