I have lived near are 1 year and last couple months Fresco has disappointed me. It’s smell absolutely disgusting like if they mop with same mop water from weeks ago the bathrooms DISGUSTING filled with urine and poop. Bathrooms next to dairy butter FOOD! No right and it’s freezing the vegetables and fruits always rotten ITS DISGUSTING THIS NEED TO BE DELAT WITH DONT RECOMMEND!!!

Terrible service in the hot food area, first of all, no one wants to serve you, I was there for 35 minutes and the women are doing nothing, when they deign to serve me, they treat me with attitude and I ask if they have ketchup?
Cm a supermarket does not have ketchup and then cooking without gloves and they prepare your food reluctantly so much so that I had three people behind me and they went so well.
People like that should not be put to serve people because it is a loss for the business, they should solve that, thank you for nothing.

Former eastern Tampa / west Brandon area Winn Dixie supermarket became a Harvey's discount supermarket on November 8th, 2017. Then in November 2021(?) it became SE Grocers' Latin Winn Dixie in eastern Hillsborough county called Fresco Y Mas. This locale is just west of Brandon and about 15 minutes from Ybor City in downtown Tampa. The new Fresco store is much nicer than Harvey's was, has new shelving, a better bakery and a wonderful Latin deli with all sorts of Latinx hot foods popular in Latin American/ Caribbean countries. Being a former New Yorker many years ago, and enjoying the Cuban foods influence here in Tampa the past 35 years, having this deluxe Latin foods deli in my local supermarket is a wonderful treat. They carry all types of fresh cooked dishes like picadillo beef, delicious fried fish and various chicken entrees, a variety of rice side dishes, plantains, Dominican dishes, yucca sides which are like potatoes, Puerto Rican pulled and fresh pork and Cuban style pork chunks stew, etc. They also carry the popular empanada, tamale and filled-bread Latin snack and croquette items and terrific Cuban coffee. Attached is a small sliced deli meats and cheeses counter as well. I love the Fresco store! It competes with a private Latin foods supermarket around the corner on Palm River Road. I tell all my Latin foods loving friends about this new supermarket in the Palm River/ Brandon area.

After so many times I've gone, this is the time I've left the most upset. The customer service is terrible, in the cheese and ham area they always make customers wait for long periods of time and then they get upset when you ask for service, or they say that there are few people working, I ask the customer is interested in that? Please, we are regular customers of the store, therefore we require that you treat us as such, because that is why they offer a product-service.
