My name is Lacy H , I've literally only took my son here 3 Times , and I must say the staff is very kind, and loving to the children ! This is my first child and he is now 8 months. Very young but everyone LOVES him, I check in while I'm at work on breaks and lunch of course he is fine lol. I have no complaints what's so ever. The children in the daycare are SWEET and very kind. I totally recommend this daycare , I assure you wouldn't regret it!

My kids and and I love Windsor Learnkng Academy and the staff so much! My daughter has a rare food allergy and the owners have personally made it a mission to ensure they can provide meals that are 100% safe for her. The owners are always willing to communicate with the parents, any concerns are always addressed immediately, and they always take notice and help to address any concerns regarding my children and their needs.Their prices are the most reasonable in the area and I feel as though we get so much more than what we pay for.Every single staff member has developed a relationship with both of my children and make sure that my kids know that they are cared about. I highly recommend Windsor to anyone looking for daycare for their children.

Highly recommended! I worked here for a few months and loved it. The coworkers were very friendly and loving. Also very caring towards the kids and their parents. Great place for your child to develop and learn whether it’s a newborn or in pre-K. We had a cleaning schedule for every little thing in the building to ensure the health of the kids. Employees were treated very well.I had a lot of issues with one particular employee but luckily she worked at a different location. Other than that, I would easily go back here or bring whatever future children I have here. Very trustworthy place. Very sad I had to leave due to family emergency back home. But would go back to work there in a heartbeat!

I love this daycare and so does my 2 year old grandson. I have had him there for almost 2 years. He loves all the staff. They are good to him and me. They treat us like family. I would recommend Windsor to everyone.

WOW I'm surprised with some comments that some people have posted here. I have been with Windsor Learning Academy since 2008. My children went to daycare and are currently attending the academy. Not only that, my sister has her little daughters there and her two big daughters who are already in the university, graduated from Windor Learning Academy.I've never had problems with them and if at any time I have had any concerns, they are always willing to listen and improve. It is unfortunate to see how there are people that because things do not happen as they want, they are capable of ruining the reputation of others. I have been in the legal field for many years and would have been the first to report or sue the academy if I had seen something inappropriate. Thank God that has never been the case. I personally recommend Windor Learning Academy because it has always been a good academy with a great staff and as a mother I can rest assured that nothing will happen to my children.

Windsor is the best. I have nothing negative to say. My now four year old has been attending Windsor for the past 2 years and they each treat him like one of their own. He absolutely loves all of the teachers and they are great with him. I now have my 8 month old enrolled as well and they are very caring and attentive to his needs. They are great with both of the boys and treat us like family. The facility itself is always well maintained and clean. Every time I go to pick up the boys the staff is cleaning and sanitizing.I love this place and the staff. They are all great. I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone I know. I already do.Keep up the great work!!

I did not have the best experience with my own child as I would have hoped since my nephews attended Windsor when they were younger. (They are 15 and 10 now so it has been a while.) I understand that children get colds and even low grade fevers when adjusting to daycare for the first time. HOWEVER, my child came home with Molluscum Contagiosum after the first 2 weeks of being there. I was so scared and emotionally hurt that I let my child get this. I was told by the doctor that it is common especially since he is interacting with other children. Now in my head I'm thinking these children need to be checked bc my child has never gotten this interacting with other family members that are his age and dont live in the same household. This was the first incident. The second incident is what had me livid and put the cherry on top. My son woke up crying, distressed, scratching and with a fever Sunday night. He is grabbing his legs and screaming from frustration. I shine my phone on him at 2-3 AM to find bumps that looked like a rash, or reaction to something. I'm thinking he's having an allergic reaction to something bc he eats EVERYTHING. So I keep him home Monday and Tuesday and take him to the doctor. I take him to daycare on Wednesday bc there is no one to watch him and I feel that the situation has been controlled. Dropping him off on WEDNESDAY, and Wally the Director is on the phone as I walk in, no issues, I greet her with a wave and continue to the back. Now he is settled eating breakfast with his teacher and friends. I go to walk out and see a note on the door, handwritten, and it was not pointed out to me upon arrival. I read the note and my heart drops. The school KNEW that there was something going around in the classrooms and THIS is how they chose to notify me and how many other parents. There was no email, text, phone call. NOTHING. I have to be at work in a hour. Coincidentally the owner is on the phone with Wally and explains the situation and that there had already been FOUR (4) cases of HAND FOOT MOUTH. I was shocked. Especially bc I was not notified in ANY way. I had to call out of work an hour before my shift bc they were irresponsible and lack courteousness and professionalism. This happened on September 27 and my son has not been back since & unfortunately is STILL RECOVERING from HAND FOOT MOUTH. So over this place. I dont even want his sleeping mat back bc it is infected, Just give me my compensation and we will be on our merry way.No disrespect to anyone at Windsor, but my child comes first to me and they are worried about their business. I get it, but not for me and mine.Good day.

Please do not take your child here!! I wish I could give a negative rating!Aweful experience. An acquaintance of mine had his children there and so I gave it a chance. The facility seemed clean on my visit and the assistant director "Ms. Wally" seemed excited and caring enough. So for the $135 a week tuition(a bargain in comparison to surrounding centers), we decided to give it a chance.Day one...some info to keep in mind as I share my tale...at the time of registration the assistant director(AD) was advised my daughter was in the interim of potty training. I called around noon to ask how her day was going and see how she was doing. The AD stated she was having a great day and no concerns. When I went to pick her up at 4pm, the story had changed...she seemed almost upset that my daughter had numerous accidents and required multiple changes(I provided an abundance of extra clothes, since again, she was on week two of potty training). I found my daughter in an overnight diaper, the AD continued to express that they did not have the resources to take her to the bathroom outside of the schedule bathroom times. I came home livid, my husband convinced me to wait out the week, it was only day one. My daughter came home saying her teacher was "mean" and that she got "angry". Keeping in mind she is only 3, I dismissed it.Well fast forward to today (Friday of the same week) I picked up my daughter and smelled BM on her immediately. I got her home and went straight to the bathroom to find that she had dried feces as what appeared as if she had sat in that for hours. The rash on her bottom extended to her back and front. I called to report this, I was answered with "I told you we can't go to the bathroom with her, as no one can stay with the other children and that she has to be fully potty trained". Obviously, she is not returning.
