Visited the William Sonoma store in the international mall Tampa Florida; the store was busy, employees were helpful & knowledgeable. While waiting in line to pay for my items, one of the employees saw me waiting - she walked over to the register, while another man walked up to another line. When she asked for the next in line I walked over placed my items down, she said “I’m told he’s next”. Wouldn’t it have been easier to let the man know “sir, I’ll be with you in a moment- sorry for the wait” why bring embarrassment or disagreement among paying customers? (I mean the sales lady doesn’t know that I traveled over an hour to look at dishes and expresso machines!) Customer service training is lacking in most stores but it should be a priority when making a purchase that could have been ordered online- whether it’s an $1,000. Expresso machine Or a $7.00 jelly jar! Customer service, good manners, a smile and curtesy should be expected.

This is the 3rd time I purchased a coffee maker from here, and it is broken. Don't bother buying high-end products from ANY WS as they damage their products before selling.

While visiting the Tampa Area, we visited International Plaza and Bay Street Mall. This store was at the facility, and my sister wanted to browse items there. While at the store, I purchased pieces of glassware/cookware as gifts for family members. I also bought a gift card, for a sister-in-law's upcoming birthday. I appreciated the associates working there, because they were gracious and helpful. When in the Tampa Area, I would highly suggest this store.

I went to the store earlier with my mom looking to buy an espresso machine, and since we had nothing else to do we decided to look around the store. When we were in the middle of the store an older female employee approached us and said "the clearance section is over there" which is beyond disrespectful.I never asked or needed to know where the clearance section was, I am unsure wether it was my clothing or that I was speaking spanish with my mother that made her assume I would be looking for a clearance sectionI will not be returning to this store and will purchase my espresso machine elsewhere

We received Three Days of Classic French Entrees and they are awful! Beef Bourguignon was said to be one of them, but we received chesse puffs with beef chunks. The Coq au Vin was one wing with a back bone attached, and a leg. Shocked at the quality. The photos are not even close to what we received. Super disappointed! We complained once and were sent another order - it was equally bad. One of the containers was smashed and the plastic chunks had to be picked out of the dish. We expected better from Williams-Sonoma.

We visited the International Mall location to fix a xmas issue and Drew was the best! She took the time to research our order, which didn't ship due to a backordered sponge lol. Drew ended up cancelling the order and reordering our pans without the sponge, which got them delivered within 4 days. Truly incredible employee. I will come see Drew every time I go to International mall.Knowledgable/friendly

60 day gift exchange policy. Was given a wedding gift, tried to return it, didn’t know about the policy. I didn’t have a gift registry with them so they couldn’t help me. Horrible customer service. 60 days is such a short gift exchange. After the wedding we had so much going on and just got back into town, very sad that they couldn’t help. I already have one of the gift I was given, now I will have to regift. Such a shame.
