Very bad service and very bad way in which I was treated in that place by the person at the reception when I went to get an explanation, just because I am a woman they treated me like that and did not give me a good explanation ?

I would give this establishment 10 stars if I could.
A few months back my associate referred WheelTec because I was having a hard time ordering new wheels on my own and every other place I had talked to previous would just leave me with more questions than before.
When I came in, I was immediately greeted. I expressed what I wanted in girl terms and not correct car terms and they knew exactly what I meant and wanted. They were patient, educated, worked with me on finding the right wheels and answered all of my questions. My car came out fantastic and the fitment is A1.
I needed an oil change and no place would take my car due to the sideskirts, so I called wheeltec. They told me they can do my car and come on in. When I got there, I was greeted immediately and they even remembered me! I was in and out within 20 minutes with no issues.
I would Highly recommend coming here for your car needs.

Wheel Tech is a wonderful shop! Integrity, quality, professionalism and a reasonably price.
Waldy and the team did a fantastic job. I have been fixing my car with Waldy for over 20 years and he has always been reliable and transparent. He builds a relationship of trust with his customers. The "attention to detail" is amazing. They went the extra mile to correct some issues at no cost. They gave me good advice and delivered a superior product! I am very thankful to them. The work was excellent, and the price was lower any other shop in town. I feel safe especially driving with my baby. I highly recommend Wheel Tech!

I would honestly give this place 10 out of 5 stars if I could!!! I will never again take my car or my wife’s car ANYWHERE in the Tampa area for as long as I live here for any of the following: Tires, Wheels, Alignment, or literally ANYTHING involving mounting or dismounting tires from wheels. I’ve tried a couple other shops since moving further away with nothing but horrible disastrous results. These guys actually CARE, they do the job 1,000% right the first time. Will take the time to align your car to perfection, even if it means doing it a few times…. And they give you an alignment sheet to prove it. Plus they have the top of the line Hunter alignment rack and balancing machines… They have the skills, and equipment to do the job right every time and they do just that. Save yourself a headache and just come here for all your wheel and tire / alignment needs! I’ll never go anywhere else again after trying a few other shops and seeing their terrible quality of work! Thanks for being THE BEST JOHN AND CREW!!!

This was hands down one of the best customer experiences I have had at at a place of business in a long time. John took my call late at night while he was traveling and worked with me on wheel and tire options for our vehicle for well over an hour. We were uncertain how they would look and he was able to provide examples and explain the pros and cons of each tire and rim which made us feel extremely comfortable. We scheduled a time window to install and the job was completed within my scheduled window. I would 1,000% recommend Wheel Tec and look forward to the opportunity to do business with them again.

My faith in humanity and customer service was restored today with one visit to Wheel Tec.
I was looking for a wheel center cap rarely stocked in wheel and accessories stores. I called a handful of shops before calling Wheel Tec and speaking with Jon.
He said he didn't carry that brand of wheel anymore but was pretty certain he could help me out.
I made the drive over and sure enough he had exactly what I needed.
Their store front and shop was super clean and very professional. Jon and his crew were all super pleasant and made me feel welcomed.
In this day and age it's rare to have such a great customer experience, but today I seen that it still exists if you choose the right people to do business with.
They have earned a customer for life !!

This was an incredible experience. I had bent a wheel that was discontinued and John was able to locate and get me a set of Vossen wheels to fit my lowered truck in less than a week. Their staff was able to determine I had damaged the strut along with the bent wheel and Johns team was able to take care of everything and I will always recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you John and the team for taking such good care of me. And I'm excited to bring my other vehicles to you guys!

Not professional service advisors and careless owner. I came in for tire installation and asked to replace tire pressure sensors and complete the alignment and promised price for $ 150. 00.
Nevertheless, sensors weren’t replaced and alignment not completed at the register the owner said that he does not know what his advisor promised but they are not going to fix the issue.
Not honest and not professional.

I was having a hard time deciding on what fitment to go with on my slingshot. I came into Wheel Tec and Waldy helped me pick out the perfect wheel and tire setup, Waldy really knows his stuff and the rest of the staff is just as awesome. I’ll be coming back for my truck wheels when I’m ready.

So I got a new set of wheels and tires recently and had them installed here. They look awesome and installation was masterfully done. The owner and his team were super sweet and professional throughout the whole process and handled everything with extreme care. Will definitely go here again if I need to get something done!

I've had Wheel Tec mount and balance tires from Tire Rack in the past and never a problem. Road Force balancing is by far the best. This time around, my Jaguar needed a 4 wheel alignment. I was in at the time they said and car the car was done quicker than I expected. The tech went over the specs on my alignment and the car goes bullet straight down the road. Do not take your premium ride anywhere else.
