I bought a large SUV from them, number one the ac was mess up and they couldn’t fix it I had to take to other mechanic.also had to get 4 brand new tires because the tires were worn out, when I got it I told them the tank was empty and I had to go an put $120 of gas on my own. and also 3 months later the car starts to turn off and on and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it so I don’t know if I would recommend anyone because if they did that to me what will they do to you..

My husband and I dealt with Justin Snorgrass and we had a plan to meet at the dealership for a car we were in interested in, cash in hand. He was aware we were coming from 2 hours away. We planned for 3pm on a Wednesday. Once we arrived, he stated he wouldn't be able to make it. The dealership was completely closed. So we planned for the following day, even bought a hotel. We showed up, the car was not on the lot. We spoke with the owner and he (at first) said someone was test driving the car, once he noticed we were willing to wait, he came clean and stated Justin needed to take the car to Orlando and could we wait. This was at 11, he would not be back until 2:30. All in all, don't waste your time dealing with such shady people. What dealership let's employees take a car (especially one they KNOW someone is attempting to buy) to Orlando, several hours away?! An absolute JOKE! TO SAY THERE IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!
