They won’t release the lien for a car weeks after it’s been paid off. They says it’s been released, but your state still shows a lien. Their answer? Wait a few months. Criminals.

I have been extremely disappointed with Wells Fargo and Amanda S. our sales representative for my company. Our team decided to change our merchant services account and cancel. I have called a number of times and never receive a call back. Major disappointment with this bank.

Idk i pay my bill on time every month and have had my late moments but when I needed them the most to push a payment a few months back, they dident hesitate to help me due to my circumstance. I can appreciate a company with solutions.

I have had 2 vehicles with this company and I bank with them too. Both loans have been paid always on time and usually 2 weeks early before the payment date. They will never lower your payment even when you are a military dependent or become disabled. These are the crooks that do not care anything about the customers. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!

They are harassing phone calls to me more than one time per day. My car is gone, they took my car early Sunday Morning.

The customer service is horrible absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in my 59 years of life. Imagine buying a car and never receiving a payment book, address or any info from the new lender about where to send your payments. Then you start getting calls from them asking where the payment is and you inform them that you have never receeived any notification from them. This is where the fun begins, now you must verify: Full Name SS# Complete address Phone numbers Acct # and this goes on and on. After you have done all of this they ask you to fax a note stating that you have never received any notification from them and they will try to remove the late fees. Then the following month it starts all over again. This bank is the worst I have ever encountered. I inform them that I did this all last month and will not go through that complete verification again, but will give them my address, social, notes on what I spoke about and with whom and then their cavalier attitude comes in that either answer all of their questions or call another time or go into their office. Dont we already have those freedoms as citizens? Go anywhere else this bank stinks and is a great example of what not to be!
