THIS BRANCH HIRES RACISTS EMPLOYEES AND BRANCH MANAGERS THAT TARGET HISPANIC OWNED BUSINESS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH. READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS BRANCH HAVING THE SAMES ISSUE WE ARE EXPERIENCING.WE ARE CLOSING OUR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS WITH WELLS FARGO2 OF THEM, AFTER MORE THAN 7 YEARS OF BEING A MEMBER, AND MULTIMILLIONS DEPOSITS EVERY YEAR DUE TO POOR TREATMENT, PROFILING ACTIONS THAT WE GET FROM THE STAFF EVERYTIME WE GO DEPOSIT A CASHIERS CHECK FROM ANY OTHER BANK INSTITUTIONS OVER $25K, HEADS UP THIS IS ONLY HAPPENING AT THIS BRANCH, OTHER WELLS FARGO BRANCHES THAT WE WERE REGULAR CUSTOMERS HAVE NEVER DONE THIS PRACTICE, THE STAFF TAKES 30-45 MIN SOME TIMES EVEN MORE EVERY SINGLE TIME AND THIS IS MULTIPLE TIMES A MONTH, THEY EVEN GET THE BRANCH MANAGER INVOLVED BECAUSE THEY THINK IS A FAKE CHECK

I went to this location today to deposit a check because their system would not let me do it through mobile banking. They were two employees, I assumed personal bankers, chit chatting and did not greet me or anything like that. When the teller called me, I explained the situation provided the check and stub (mind you a Fidelity check) and soon after another lady who didn’t introduce herself while watching and dealing with my account said we need to call the company and verify. I said, ok no problem. They stated were able to verify and still put a hold on my check. I work in this same field and if you are able to verify there is no stops or holds you’re good to release. I asked her while she had me waiting if funds could be release to what she answered that only could be done by the branch manager and that they “will call me”. These people are rude and very unprofessional, I opened this account recently and I’m ready to take my business somewhere else. They act as if they were doing a favor to you! Very sad the poor customer service you get these days. I do not recommend this bank neither less this location.

Banker was very helpful. I switched phones and my app wasn't working. I was stressed out and a mess no one else could help me. I was frustrated and so upset however Maurice was able to calm me down & help get my banking app online againThank you Mr.Phillips !!!

----------U P D A T E ----------- Now the "ugly monster" that is Wells Fargo shows its true colors! Even though I have $30k in 2 accounts at Carrollwood....and I own numerous properties free and clear....and I can show bank accounts with excess of $3MM dollars....some little twit w***** sitting in office without windows just ambushed an application for Visa card (with set starting limit $6k) stating they needed to pull my credit. To which I said---"F no!" My credit is frozen due to hacks from Experian, Marriott, and several other institutions! So NO WAY am I going to unfreeze my credit for 24 hours so some little zit faced twit can get his power jollies. So I printed all three credit bureaus for Wells to digest. Logical, eh? but NO....these dinks said they have to pull the credit! Like what? I made up or falsified 3x reports with 30+ pages each? For a freaking $6k Visa card? Go back to cheating people and then lying about it....Wells Fargo! Your lack of insight and vision just cost you several accounts! Congratulations------YOU LOSE!!!

Just a bad business. I couldn’t wait to move my business account away and finally did to chase bank which I love. Wells Fargo still has not closed my account. I just got a memo that a return was approved by the account doesn’t reflect. This is the worst branch in terms of service, I’ve used wells in many states and this location just can’t figure out how to staff or manage. Go to the next bank over, any of them. I tried to be patient and let this pass but again they have dropped the ball.

****GREAT OUTSTANDING PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE****Total opposite of Northdale branch!Manager Maurice Phillips and Matthew Cracchiolo Senior Branch Premier Banker operate under one parameter---"Customer Service!"In fact I should say "Satisfy the Customer" is more fitting!Both have continually gone out of their way to help me in banking areas and even faxed some important documents for me!At no charge!I encourage you out there to let these two consummate professionals cater to all your financial and banking needs.Tell them "Sandy" sent you!

My husband and I waited over 20 minutes in the waiting room, with one customer in front of us. That gentleman was helped about 10 minutes into our wait. Several other customers built up behind us. (There's no place to sign in, and no one greets you. Other customers kept asking us if they needed to sign in.) A woman named Juliana came and asked what we were there for, which my husband replied "I just want to add my wife to my bank account.". By then it was about 2:20pm. She said "I have an appointment coming in at 3pm and I don't think I have the time, hang on.". She then went through the entire waiting room asking all of the customers what they were there for that day. My husband and I waited patiently, although I was already frustrated. Then she turned to us and said we needed to return another day and she didn't have the time to help us. I was highly annoyed and asked what her name was, so I could leave this review. You can't add someone to an account in 40 minutes, seriously???? If that's the case, why on earth would you have us wait while you went around the waiting room asking everyone else what business they had to conduct that day?????? I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK OR THAT REPRESENTATIVE. ?
