I called work for a walk-in appointment to open a checking account, which they did not have available. I asked the assistant if she could help me guide through the website to open a checking account. She will just keep on repeating what checking account. She would not explain the difference between the check accounts they offer to the customers, nor guide me. She said it was complicated.

Listen here don't worry about those two stars my experience here was extremely wonderful sometimes its good to see things for yourself Ms.Natalie was everything very very nice kind and professionlsim was through the roof im telling this is a good branch even the young ladies in the morning at the teller very kind

First of all let me express my appreciation to Ms. Natalie B.She was professional and very friendly. She helped us with everything. Since we are new in Tampa, we are not familiar with the area. She made phone calls to other branches closer to our home to find a location that would provide what we needed. Honestly, we decided to stay with this branch because of her and the great service she gave us. Thank you again Ms. Natalie B.

The worst Bank in Ghandy in Tampa Fl,be in line for 25 minutes to do a deposit,very bad Customer Service,look like that happen in every Branch,is no the first time I had to wait,very disappointed ☹️

This morning at 6am I was driving up and seen homeless tent pitched in front of bank doors. My heart goes out to the homeless but by allowing this creates an unsafe banking experience for those who bank with you. I did take a picture but it won't allow me to add. Also previously homeless sleep n block drive thru with their bikes...just sleeping on floor of drive thru. Again just an unsafe banking environment.
