Do any wells fargo locations answer their phones? I've tried them all, seems like policy is to never answer. That's why I bank with capital one. They answer every time.

Once upon a time.....the service was good at the Gandy Branch. When a banker is available (Gambino) you will receive excellent service. There is one remaining familiar face (Mary) always pleasant and helpful. This past week I encountered a Manager on site, perhaps a floater, who simply lacked the willingness to help. One needs an appointment for most everything at this branch these days even when the lobby is empty and three staff can be seen behind the counter. Company policy I suspect may be the culprit.....Let's leave it there for now. AI to the rescue!

They never have enough tellers on staff at 11 am on a weekday. They had one person today. The manager didn't want to step in to assist. Maybe this branch should be shut down.

This is the location I use most. The drive through people are very nice. I just wish I could go inside. Drive through seems to take longer and I’d rather park and go in to do my banking business.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited half an hour in the drive-through just for the teller to give me incorrect information. I have a business account at the Temple Terrace location, comma we are allowed to deposit 3rd party checks and it is noted on our account. This branch for some reason made me wait half an hour just to not accept my check, and refused to call the other location.

Huge waste of time! They make you feel like everything going fine, until they waste your waiting there for 40 min for nothing. Came to make a simple withdrawal in the drive-thru, was told sorry for the wait/inconvenience as other people were getting handled. Was then told to confirm my address, then told to step inside to punch my pin information, then waited 15 min for them to verify with another branch, then was sorry for the delay just sign here and then told I'm sorry we can't help you. Long story short I went to a different bank shortly after and was given everything I needed. If you are looking for a bank that holds money that's not there's, embarrasses you, and shares your account balance in public this the place for you FYI: ask yourself what banks closes at 4PM on a Monday?

This is the 5th time I have gone through the Gandy branch drive thru. They are very nice but 30 mins is the minimum time at the drive thru. My second visit was over an hour. There were 2 lines open today but it seems as if only one person is handling both. Today only one car in each lane and it took 22 mins to move fwd. In either lane and both left within a couple of minutes of each other. Chatting is nice but business needs to be completed quicker. If the customer is just sitting there then please politely ask them to move forward.
