Worst automated call response......find a bank who cares about their customers.....maybe sometimes one has to call for a quick answer.....you won't get it at wells Fargo

Do any wells fargo locations answer their phones? I've tried them all, seems like policy is to never answer. That's why I bank with capital one. They answer every time.
