I made a claim for 4 payments that were made automatically, I called and instantly to cancel it and it is the date that they never returned me almost 100 dollars, terrible work

Terrible service. They do not greet you once you walk in. 5 bankers in back with only 1 other customer ahead of me and I still waited in line for 15mins. I been with WF for 18years and this is the worst bank I have ever came to. 2 other customers came in and walked out just like I did after the wait
