Six drive-thru lanes. None open. Being used as a shady place for employees to park. Inside, there are all kinds of people sitting in their offices looking at computer screens while the line is long for a couple tellers. Lots of Wells Fargo branches closing, hooefully this one is next.

Don’t waste your time, now It’s obvious why this branch is empty in the mid of the day, very rude staff starting from the manager!!these people are unprofessional and don’t want to work.

Juan is my favorite. Great conservationist, great personality and eye contact! Always makes the small chit chat, and the visits are always a pleasure.

Just stopped by to use the ATM (located outside). Only customer besides another car in the parking lot. Didn't feel unsafe but it was still light out in the evening. Fairly big parking lot but feels like it could be congested during busy times.

I've really never had any problems at this bank. The customer service is generally good. If you have your accounts in order and don't try to pull any funny stuff, you shouldn't have any problems.

Worst bank ever. They hold three of my Checks that over 11k. Cause my bank to on Negative. Came in and speak to two person. One can not release the refund. And then came to teller. Asking for a temporary check. Because I have a negative. They couldnt print me out a personal temporarily check. After they release my fund. I will never ever bank them ever. Stay away from this franchise also. People is rude and not friend. They need a better management period! If I could give this a Zero Star. I would in a heart beat! WORST BANK & BAD SERVICES!

When you find out there is a problem with your account they never have a solution. It's always well this policy thats in tiny small print you signed 26 years ago. They advertise wells fargo on their atms but do nit service them. They will not do anything about a problem that occurred with the atm. Same with the mobile app they have their name on. It's sorry we don't maintain the machines or app. Unacceptable especially for a business account.

Worst customer service of any bank location I have gone to. Manager is horribly rude the one time I spoke with her, and the staff follow in suit. Avoid this location, unless you want to wait in line for 30min or more, don't want the normal bank amenities like drive thru banking and friendly customer service.

Great service but at a cost. First visit to open an account went great. Fast and friendly service. A little overboard on all the confirmations and printed summary of your visit but a good experience. Second visit to get a wire for earnest money on home. Banker helped and went above and beyond to make sure there was no fraud (rampant these days) and whole process was fast and efficient. There was a small fee for the wire which I wish was waived for first one each month or something on the mid level checking account but willing to pay for convenience. Needed to withdraw cash for vacation and banker walked me to teller window and made sure that was easy as well. I have accounts at other banks that charge less in fees but also provide less in service and convenience. Very happy customer of Wells Fargo.

I came in to order checks because I don’t trust online orders and the teller was able to place my order with no problems. I received them within the time they said the checks would come, too!

Prepare to wait and wait even if you have an appointment. Staff was polite and apologetic.
