I called at 3:59 pm and the girl that answered said someone was available to open up an account. I got there at 435 and they told me sorry they were closing and couldn't open the account. I would much rather bank with Chase!

One of the best Wells Fargo branches. Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. The manager went above and beyond when I needed an appointment super last minute on a Friday. Thank you for fantastic customer service.

Terrible building for parking. They sell $20 event parking, force everyone to the upper floors and turn off the elevators. When asked about it the staff responded with "oh well that's just how it is"

It's hard to know that this is a regular Wells Fargo location, but it is. 30 min free parking in the lot. Fast and friendly service once you get inside. The bank is on the first floor.

Notary refused to notarize my document, stating it should be completed in front of her. My wife walked across the street to her bank, got hers notarized without an issue. I paid $10 elsewhere, notarized. In an age where all the banks have the same type of premium accounts, it doesn't take much to put you off and move. I'll be closing my accounts today at WF.
