“Can you give 0 stars and 5 stars in one review? There is a particular female employee in this pharmacy named Tran who needs an attitude adjustment. Every time I see her working I want to leave and come back later. Never friendly, never greets you. I had to deal with her over the phone and that made me have to write in. After making it through CVS's annoying auto-answer process which makes it so hard to get to a pharmacist - believe me, I use the app, check it carefully - I ONLY call if I need help or can't understand, need to ask questions or need help. She barely listened, was in a rush to get me off the phone, clearly not listening and no effort to understand what I need. When I asked to speak with someone else she put me on "hold" but the music quickly stop so she pretty much hung up on me. Got through the auto-answer nonsense and got someone nice who took the time to answer my questions. If she is good at other parts of her job, just put her somewhere in the back where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Tired of her negative energy when I just need to get my medications.”
“We came here with our hopes really low as we had visited another location and were fastly dismissed. We were helped by Gabriel, the teller, he was really attentive, he spoke to us in both languages Spanish and English as needed, he did everything to help us and figure out what needed to be done in order to fix our problem. We were really happy that he helped us and took care of our problem, we felt appreciated as customers, and we also realized he did the same for everybody else. The bank manager was also very helpful and nice.Thank you so much, Gabriel.”

“I went in for a pack of gum and I went out with a whole new perspective on existence. Winn Dixie and I are BFFs, I am a proud loyalty member. I don't need the bells and whistles but this store has the bells and whistles. It is more Disney World, less grocery store. And even though I love my Winn Dixie as stripped and simple as it usually is this was a whole lot of fun. For anyone that would argue Publix is worth the price because ~experience~ I would point them in the direction of this magical store.”

“This is my local branch and I use the ATM frequently. It's well lit, always working and never any issues. I've been inside several times, too, to set up an account, when I lost my card (oops) and for info on foreign currency exchanges. The staff here have always been helpful and pretty fast. I appreciate knowing in this day and age of everything being done from an app or online, that there are still smiling faces inside should I need help!”
“Matthew was very helpful, personable, and professional when he was assisting me. I thought I was going to wait an hour until someone can help me with my situation in which I was fine with waiting. But Matthew was effectively strategic by finding another rep to take over his place so that I could receive his assistance quicker. It was unfortunate to hear that half the staff was sick, which is why service was slow. I could understand that. But for me, Matthew's service was above and beyond with customer service with just half of the staff being present at work. Excellent service!”
