I am amazed by the lack of concern for patients in this practice, especially the office on St. Isabel. I have had to wait as long as 3 months for an appointment with a doctor at this office. I am told that they are all booked up, yet when I arrive for my scheduled visit, there is no one in the waiting room and few cars in the parking lot.Unsurprisingly, today I called for a sore throat and tried to get a tele-health with my doctor or a PA. I was told they were all booked up and no one could find 5 minutes to speak with me. During the course of the conversation the office manager described that Dr. Holland was very busy and that "just the other day, doctor Holland had to see 14 patients." 14 patients, where my cardiologists are seeing 60-70 patents a day. 14 patients at an average of 10 minutes per patient. That is less than 3 hours and yet she can not find 5 minutes for me.The worst was that it was suggested by her office that I go to an urgent care facility or call a service that makes house calls that my insurance will not cover. Why do I need this practice if that is the best advise I can get when I really need it?My best advise is FIND SOME OTHER PRACTICE AND AVOID WELL MED.BTW - I was forced to give this practice a star to post. They are not worthy of even one star.

Horrible customer service! I called for the first time to make an appointment and the Man on the phone was so rude!! From the moment he picked up he sounded annoyed! Like I was bothering him! I think they are in India. Very rude! Kept me waiting & waiting in total silence for several minutes. I asked him if he was still there. Had to say hello several times before annoyed he said “I told you to hold”. I was like yes but its been a while in total silence & he irritated told me if i didn’t have the time to then go!! I told him he was being rude & he hanged up !! WOW!! I’m so tired of the horrible customer service we encounter now a days !

Best group of Drs in Tampa, Dr Cadigan is hard to get an appointment for but we'll worth the wait!

The one and only time I saw Dr Cadigan he was lovely. However, his office cannot hold onto a PA to save their lives, so literally every time I make an appointment-which is always months away-it gets cancelled because a new PA has to be found. Finally made it in this week, and guess what? The new Pa is a complete asshole. She did not listen to anything I said. I went for my annual visit-which is overdue by 18 months thanks to the aforementioned merry go round of PA's-and what she wanted to discuss was a surgery i had 15 years ago that has no relevant impact on me at all. I have a disabled placard, which I've had for years, that needed to be renewed-she refused. She refused to order my annual blood work! Who does that? She wanted to have an in depth conversation about my psoriasis-which I am already seeing a dermatologist for. She did NOT ask me ANY of the usual annual visit health questions. she did not even ask me how I was, or say hello, nice to meet you. NOTHING. She was quite literally the worst medical professional I have ever encountered and I WILL NOT BE BACK. The first PA was Tina and she was amazeballs. Too bad she left because unless Dr Cadigan himself is going to see me, I shall not be back. SHAME SHAME SHAME on you for allowing this woman to practice medicine!

Tina is a wonderful doctor, she really cares and really takes her time with you. I know she's booked solid but talked to me like she was off the rest of the day. She is extremely knowledgeable about a lot of things even apart from her field. She delivered information to me that even my otolaryngologists didn't give me that very well may have saved me from throat cancer. You cant have a better experience. Thank You Tina! I value you!
