This is a great bicycle shop. Friendly service, will help you load and unload your bike from car. Fast repairs. Will help with any bike parts or bike accessories you need. Excellent repairs. Would definitely go to this shop in the future

THE BEST! I heard about this company through word-of-mouth from a smart friend that I trust has my best interests at heart. The owner JON DENGLER is talented at his craft. He is honest, with sharp assessment skills, and gets the job done well. My bike is running like new! There is no job he can’t do! His staff is courteous and provides a smooth process. I stopped in the other day just because I happened to be in the area. They have a great selection of what I’d call “for the people” products. They’ll get you in and out with no fuss and your wallet won’t be hurting either. I picked up a few used parts and couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone was sweeter than a snickers. I look forward to heading back.

Our little one will be VERY happy when he sees his bike is finally fixed. ??♂️ If you have any bike needs, go to WellBuilt Bikes - they donate to the unsheltered by giving them a bike if they come in and do one day of work. They also take bike donations.? It's an awesome service, and the people there are fantastic! Ask for Vicki or Derek ?Super reasonable prices and fantastic customer service!!????

Fantastic shop overall. I stopped in for a repair on my break caliper and pad last week and they got my bike back to me the same day with an extremely reasonable bill. They are right inside one of the mall's entrances so you don't need to walk your bike all over and i cannot speak more highly about them.

Mike and the rest of the team are friendly and helpful. I took my bike in for a flat tire repair and a derailleur adjustment, and he did both in less time than they estimated. Reasonable prices too. They're well stocked on accessories as well. Definitely worth checking out. I'll be back again!

My baby was on her last leg, and I desperately needed new tires. I took her to WellBuilt, and they hooked me up! The staff is knowledgeable, and so nice. In the interest of staying healthy, and staying on our fitness, get a bike...and check them out Y'all!!

I like to bring my bikes too Wellbuilt bikes store, because every time I need a repair, they will let me know if I need a repair or if it's s going to cost too much then what the bike is worth.

Great service, they were able to assemble and fit a State Bicycle for an affordable price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff answered any questions I had.Also it is great to have a wide open mall parking lot to test your newly fitted bike on.

I had a fantastic experience at WellBuilt Bikes!I recently bought a used bike, and brought it into WellBuilt to have it sized and given a once over. Peter & Mike helped me identify several damaged/old components that needed to be replaced, and offered some amazing deals on the items + work.Everything was done quickly, and my bike now rides 1000X better than it did before I brought it in. Peter took the time to recommend some additional upgrades I can make in the future, and was also kind enough to install a bike rack I bought onto my car for me.Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. The prices are comparable to what you'd pay ordering online, but the quality of the service WellBuilt provides can't be beaten. I'm going to be spending a lot of weekends here in the future tinkering with my bike!Edit - I brought it back a week later for some new tires, and everyone was just as friendly and accommodating the second time around. If you do end up coming here for repairs, and you want to save a little money, be sure to ask if they have the parts you need used or open-box. Also, be sure to donate anything you have removed from your bike that still has life in it, so that someone in need can get some use out of it!

WellBuilt has serviced my bike a couple of times and each time the experience was great. The staff and prices were great. I will continue to use them.

Amazing customer service, even when they're super busy. They don't brush you off or make you just wait without acknowledging you. I won't do business with any other bike shops. I've found my bike home!
