Had to wait 15 minutes for a chicken biscuit. Then when I asked about my food received an attitude an was told my special order chicken biscuit was given to the wrong person. Once the dark skin female made my order said "There ya go" instead of calling out a number. Very rude an obviously just there to do the job an go home. I won't be coming back to this wawa any time in the future. I'd let my car run out of gas before I come in that store again.

Your air machines are removing air not putting air you need to get them fixed asap. Because of your machine I’m running one tire way way lower than the others not cool

I live in spring hill fl, and I work in tampa and l come every morning to this wawa get my coffee, because glenda make my day by writing a message in my coffee lid. Every day. Thank you glenda! I really appreciate you !

I really went for an iced vanilla chai latte but that wasn't an option; however, I thoroughly enjoyed what I did end up getting and I particularly love this location because the barista Glenda is absolutely the best. Her spirit and customer service is always outstanding and welcoming- she is truly an asset to the team.

Idk who makes the sandwiches here, but I either completely don't get sandwiches when I order from this wawa, or they give me half made or completely wrong sandwiches. And it sucks, because this is the Wawa grubhub defaults to. I wish they would remove themselves from delivery apps if they are incapable of putting meat into a hoagie.

I love this Wawa! I've been coming for the ice and buy lunch here and there and the staff is amazing. It doesn't feel like it's a gas station. Big shout-out to Robert who has such a great energy and made sure my experience was superv! Whoever is doing the hiring, keep doing what you're doing and please make sure to give Robert a raise!

Lady at night with the red braids and nose piercing is kinda rude; I don't work at Wawa, I didn't know your self-checkout system CAN scan my rewards card but CAN'T recognize my rewards. There was no need to get on the intercom and tell me to "not do that again". The cashier seemed more understanding and agreed that the system doesn't make sense. Just didn't expect to be scolded at the Wawa, I won't do it again, ma'am. Maybe that's why she served me cold wraps, teach me a lesson ?

Self serve coffee bar is always "out" of hazelnut creamer by like 930a. Stock enough for your customers to enjoy throughout the day or hell just grab it from the back when I ask instead of giving an attitude for asking. I work nights and it's frustrating to take a drive to get a coffee just to find out they are yet again out of what you'd prefer. Do better Wawa

If I am in the area and need a sub or a cup of soup, this is a decent choice of eateries. Yes it is a gas station, but Wawa is more than that. They have a great kiosk system set up to order your food, so rarely are you waiting in a line. Chicken salad sub came just as I requested, and it was enjoyable. Store was clean and employees friendly. I'd definitely come back for another lunch in the future.

I got a Brisket sandwich from them last night the first one was so good, I went back to get another one like 45 mins later, I hear the dudes complaining about my order saying they never seen someone pack a sandwich so much, when I finally got the sandwich the guy gave me a weird stare which makes me think they probably did something to my sandwich, once I started eating it, it tasted nothing like the first one I ate The meat didn't have any flavor it tasted like they soaked it in water before they put it on my sandwich, which made my sandwich so soggy inside and out when I bit into it it tasted like non flavored meat an water, I come to wawas everyday an this is by far my worst experience
