Wonderful store, clean friendly staff great selection always busy but they keep it moving , and there is one special employee that is such a kind soul she is changing lives daily and walking in God's presence ? thank you for everything you do for this community. I already loved Wawa but the employee at this location made a die hard Wawa fan!

The black, heavyset “manager” just provided the most awful experience that a customer could imagine. Her associate put the wrong protein on my salad. I don’t eat chicken and she put chicken salad instead of tuna. When I brought it back in, the manager asked to see the salad like I was lying or something. She never once offered any type of apology and when I brought that up to her she became combative and belligerent. She actually argued with me even though they committed the faux pas. It was unbelievably inappropriate for her to behave in such a manner. It is very hard to believe that she’s in charge of anything because she has a very bad attitude and she does not know how to resolve conflicts, at all. I will never bring my business to this Wawa ever again. And that’s a shame because I go to Wawa every single day as a professional driver. But this one is now off the list. I’m just glad I don’t have to deal with that Manager, anymore.

Got food and gas there yesterday. Sausage and cheese biscuit was hardly warm and biscuit was damp and almost impossible to eat. My wife got the breakfast burrito and the tortilla was soggy. Both items were inedible and we had to throw them away. Very disappointing. The lady at the checkout was very nice and the store appeared clean. That was the first experience we had with WAWA food after hearing it was good.

I had a mobile pickup order that was already paid for and I was ignored and passed over to different employees. One telling me to wait at a specific place but the person doing the orders kept saying they couldn’t do it without giving me a resolution. I ended up having to leave because I was going to be late for work.

This Wawa on Fletcher is not very friendly to all customers. You should be able to use the restroom when you are paying customer and not allow others who are not paying customers to hog the whole restroom and the security officer goes in the back and goes to sleep.

Ghetto and never any cheese fries it’s like I waste my gas to drive there spend an insane amount of time waiting to be told there’s a 5 minute wait that takes 30 minutes for one item and then told there’s no cheese fries, I’ve done this multiple times so either the workers just don’t want to make it or they’re lazy and Wawa doesn’t properly supply this store.After looking at other reviews I’m now sure the two ladies working at night are terrible employees I’m calling corporate!

I've waited over an hour for my food. I ordered at 12:50 am. My number was 473 but noticed numbers ahead of me getting their food. I showed them my number and told me they were 10 pages. Then I notice they were getting in the 600s and still no food. I went up to the employee and told him and he told me I'd have to order the food again, no charge. My number was 715. I finally got my food at 2:03 am.

They don't know what the meaning of customer service.. the lady who make drinks is so mad and her face is so angry .. the guy replace her I told him I don't want ice with the milk shake because this is for kid he gave me half of the cup and said this is because I didn't add ice .. and the manager her names Tamara came just to support her team .. by the way I through all the drinks that I had because it's really bad ?.. for me last time to enter wawa

Because it's Wawa I love the food. But when I go to this specific location in the evening, the young ladies behind the counter have a horrible attitude for absolutely no reason, and always makes my orders last. People who have arrived in even 20 min. after I have would get their orders before me and I wouldn't have even have a large order. This past visit after 25 min. of waiting, my husband had to walk up to the counter and ask for our food that was sitting there the whole time, she just never said anything and we were there the whole time. Plus, I'm not the only one complaining about the service, I've witnessed other customers as well with complaints. This was between 8pm to 9pm on 12/21/2023.
