This Wawa is normally okay but today I had a less than stellar experience. The barista made me a macchiato that was fully mixed. No separation between the layers of milk and coffee. My fiance politely asked her if she could make another one that had layers. (I'm aware macchiatos and lattes have the same ingredients but I drink them separately with a straw)She explained they are the same, yada yada but she agrees to make a new one. I keep the old drink in my hand since it will be thrown out anyways and for now being late for church I figured it would be okay to keep it as a consolation prize.. She points out while she's making the new drink that the macchiato mixes itself and that's why it's not coming out right. This of course is not true. I was a barista for a long time. She's just not making it properly. I kept that to myself and just smiled and said okay.. I accept the new drink that looks the same as the old one. No separation again but no big deal. We politely thank her but she tries to take the old drink from me. I was trying to taste the two to see which one id like to keep since they were both mixed up anyways.. she then explains again that they mix themselves so I just mentioned "oh well, normally the macchiato is separated when I get it." She then rudely turns her back and says she'll have another employee make it then. I said it wasn't necessary and she just kind of walked off so I assumed that meant keep the old drink?? I was just left confused and feeling bad for no reason.. I just wanted what I ordered and thought I could keep the first drink since it would be tossed.. IDK if she was defensive because the drink was made wrong and I called her out or if she was annoyed I was tasting the old drink to figure out which one I wanted to keep. Normally when Wawa messes up the drink they let you keep it for your trouble. And normally they aren't defensive about it and explaining they "aren't making it wrong" Maybe she was having a bad day but it just felt odd. Especially when I always get macchiatos and they always come out correctly. I will avoid this barista from now on cause it just seemed like she was mad at me, even when I was being polite, thanking her and smiling. ??♀️ Bad day or not we should always be polite to customers! And not assume the customer is trying to scam and get two drinks for the price of one if the drink was indeed made incorrectly both times.

1st time going to wawa I suffer from anxiety and I didn’t know what register to get the large cups so I just stayed thirsty and got nothing ?

All the good little things and all the food a man can stomach in a day like today. Got me some eggs oj and coffee and it only cost me an arm and egg. No gas. Sketch fam ip in there. The workers are quick and cool. Not to be outdone by the security guard who would have busted me but my hair threw him off. It was in threaten mode.

Come to use Tesla charger and shop for lunch, and find the restrooms blocked off with crates. We went next door to Exxon for restroom and lunch items, with very friendly service.

Went here today and all the bathrooms were closed! How can a huge gas station have all bathrooms closed and not have some outside? Where do the employees go?

I ordered a turkey and ham club at 11:45ish AM, it’s supposed to come with ham, turkey and bacon as per the picture on the screen and then I added American cheese, lettuce
and mayo. It took over 25 minutes to get my order, which fine, it’s lunch rush I get that. My complaint is NOT about the time it took. I brought it to my husband, he opened it up and they only put turkey, and mayo on it. They never once told me that they were out of something, it wasn’t a special order. And I know they weren’t out of it because my other sandwich had ham, lettuce and cheese on it. So they just made a completely different sandwich. The little receipt they tape on top said everything was supposed to be on there. It’s just ridiculous!!

The employee does not follow the order requested at the deli, she does not put the ingredients that I requested in my homelet order, the third time this happens to me here in this wawa they do not work well and this time she got angry and put everything under the homelet instead from above, if they are going to work like this, they have already lost a customer, I will not buy from this wawa's deli again, discipline these bitches

Richard was a friendly fella. This has to be the busiest Wawa I've ever been to. It's right off the highway and there were such a crowd of people in here. But I came in to pick up some snacks drinks & loo. Probably could be tidier if they were more staff members . Happy with my banana, nuts, v8 and water purchase .

We drove to the store. My daughter stepped inside to make a purchase, I stayed outside to get some air. After less than 3 minutes th Security Guard said Management wanted me to leave. I asked him why and he said he didn't have to explain himself so I went inside to try to find management and he said he didn't have to identify management to me. I told my daughter to come on, and was than outraged I believe that I was stereotype because there is a lot of homeless people in the community and I didn't have my teeth in. These people have issues!!!!!!

I've been to this place 5 times in a row. Most have been between 10 and 12 ant night, but this time, it's 7 pm, and the bathrooms are still closed last night then they had a sign saying cleaning 2 days ago it said out of order and tonight both bathrooms say out of order this place is filthy and needs cleaning as well as stocked.
