This place is horrible all the workers only speak Spanish have no idea how to do their jobs can’t communicate with no one! They have no idea how to work the register and look at you like you’re stupid!

Easy parking, carts at hand, spacious aisles, just groceries (none of that super store nightmare), clean and organized. Nice variety of produce, baked goods, and goceries.

Not One singular person in the entire store spoke English. A cashier even told me no habla English and then her and the customer proceeded to have a conversation while laughing.

I have been a loyal customer of this supermarket for over 8 years. I have had overall good experience til today. I was getting water from a dispenser and a very rude employee with glasses and her red hair up in a bun approached me as if I was a common criminal by addressing me with a dry hey..did already pay for your water, ..to what i replied no..she just went on to dont do it again, okay ..I couldn't believe my ears. I am a 52 year old black Latino man wearing a ID badge from Hillsborough county public schools ...how can you talk people like that..I understand you might have to deal with all kinds of difficult customers and that even though I have always done this...and it might be wrong on my part ..I m a ? percent sure there are more polite, nicer ways to convey the message without to be point blank disrespectful.
I was livid but decided not to stand at her level of rudeness but..please .choose your words better and WALMART executives choose your managers better.
I m lost for words...

Walked up to customer service to ask a question, even putting my cart off to the side and they waved me away twice like I was trying to check out without even checking to see if I had a question. Customer service...HA! More like don't even think to bother us.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The self-checkout was empty, there were no customers. The person working there didnt let me check out and asked me to wait in line for the cashier . (only 2 cashiers avalible) They didn't want to work, I asked for an extra shopping cart and they refused. Michelle the person who said she was in charge of the store, because the manager was not there, was rude, the employess not respect customers' time. The employees did not want to work in the self checkout area, only the cashiers were available and the self-checkout had no customers at the time I was there.

The micro manage the lines to the self checkout and cash registers. Appears a bit run down but so is the neighborhood.

Worst ever store that i been in. Your customer service are rude and very unprofessional. I was waiting on the line of customer service ( Lotto ). Just to paid two items. After 10 minutes, your rude employee told me that she couldn't charge me. That i have to go to a regular cashier. The funny thing is that her friend in front of me was buying several items from the store and was ok with her. What kind of service do you have?
Have to be friends with your employees?
I left what i was going to purchase and i will never going back to your store. Every week i was purchased there. Not any more.

Every single time I visit this location to cash a check at the customer service center I am never successful whatsoever neither is anyone else when I happen to be there for no apparent reason it’s a complete waste of time and they will not manage or fix their system! And I always happen to get the same associate that doesn’t put any effort into helping this particular issue. Only good thing about her is that she means well as a person but not as an employee!

This store is horrible. Thanks to inflation, I still have to shop here because they are the cheapest option. The management staff needs to be changed, the store manager, assistants, and whoever runs the front end. Every single time I go here there is a line around the block to check out. Then they put up these signs that say "25 items or more have to use a regular check out." Yet, they either have one cashier available or none, forcing you to use Self Check Out with a cart FULL of groceries.
I spoke to an assistant manager, Kevin, to open at least one register. He huffs and puffs and walks away. He also likes to hide from customers by not wearing any identification to say he even works for Walmart. I'm sorry, but if that's the position you have, you should set the example and let people know who you are. You aren't there just to monitor employees, you should be the example of good customer service, this guy is far from it.
And don't bother using the restroom at this place unless you have brought a bottle of Lysol with you. Always filthy and they allow homeless people to sleep in the stalls.
If you can afford the competition down the street, go there. If you're broke like me, at the very least try the Walmart on Dale Mabry and Waters. They hate opening manned check out lanes, but at least they don't come up stupid, jackass, check out rules like this location.
