That always have what I need no matter if it's food, toiletries or anything. This is a pretty clean Walmart, well maintained with helpful staff overall. Prices are right and they have fresh produce.

I park and try to enter, but again they locked the doors on the right side of the store. Because of this inconvenience, I just drove home. They don't realize how much business they lose by locking a main entrance. The parking lot is large and because of it, long distance for elderly and those needing assistance is impossible.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. This Walmart was actually pretty quiet and clean compared to other places I've visited. ALOT of self checkout! If long lines on one side, walk to the other, you'll probably find open registers.

Tampa Supercenter19910 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647placed order May 10, 2023 Order# 2000109-24667308After waiting in parking lot 20 min they delivered 1 item out of 7The manager said on the ph they dont have my order on file?After another 15 min they send me another 3 items by an aggressive Spanish speaking guy with a long beard to harass me and tell me that " I have an attitude" invited me to leave with half of the order delivered even I show him on his own hand held device the missing items-he called the manager SIMMI to evict me from parking lot-He refused to tell his name and his badge was on reverse--She came out with missing items and apologized bc or "human error" That took one hour of my time-Never use this pick up service again-Filed consumer protection reports since I am a senior citizen

The pickup option is horrendous. Waiting for over an hour for an order we placed the day before. Pick up window has come and gone and once you check in you can't cancel. I and many others are held hostage here waiting for items we've already paid for. DO NOT USE PICK UP SERVICE!!

I went in for some Halloween things for my grandchildren. I had to use the self check out because only 3 registers were open. Lines were long everywhere as it is 6:30 on a Friday evening. I purchased multiple items of the same thing and suddenly the screen popped up "not a scannable item need associate assistance". A guy comes over resets and takes my picture a gives me an item count as thought I'm stealing! This store has no one in any departments. The fitting rooms had no one to unlock doors. Many waited over 15-20 minutes and no one ever showed up! This store is also dirty from the floors to the disgusting restrooms! We the customers are now doing the cashier's jobs while Walmart raises their prices! Rude associates who stand around and do nothing! One associate at each exit is checking receipts which causes a huge delay! If they don't trust us to do our own check out than they need to Re staff actual cashiers!This is pure greed as Walmart pays less for help!'

Thank for god for self-checkout.I like this Walmart, I've never struggled to find anything. It did take me a while to get used to the changes they made but it was worth it. I see a lot of people here complaining about the self-checkout taking a big proportion of the store, but I like it, I hate dealing with people who don't even want to be there.

We've been sitting here for almost an hour for our grocery pickup. Still no groceries but our card has been charged and shows we've picked up our order. Will never shop here again. Terrible service.

The store is a total mess! They are "reorganizing" and the aisles at the back of the store no longer accommodate two carts. You literally have to turn and go the other direction, because it is impossible to pass. Nothing makes sense anymore as to location. And, the last three times I have purchased milk, the product has gone bad before the expiration date. This week, the milk, which is dated 12/13 for expiry, turned sour on 12/6. Last week I returned a packaged rice product, which had a date of 3/2022, and it contained green mold. It is simply not worth shopping at this store any longer.

Never will I order on Walmart ever again. 3rd party I bought my daughter a tricycle and they send me a piece of ***** plastic. Some phone holder. Are you kidding me? So I call for a refund, guy tells me just throw it away you don't need to return the item. 10 days later i call NO REFUND BEEN SENT. Apparently they send me an email saying they want a picture of proof. Are you kidding me? When the guy told me to throw it away? D*********** Then he tries to issue refund again and they send me an email saying it was delivered Ya a little piece of plastic WAS DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!!!! Do I need to sue Walmart or some bs. Unbelievable truly All I ask is for my $55 I spent on a tricycle I wanted for my daughter, but I get plastic. What a joke!
