I had a really nice experience today and my issue was taken care of over the phone. Very professional and handle my concern with care and empathy. My issue was do to an insurance mix up and the pharmacy associates went above and beyond to walk me through what I needed to do to take care of the issue, which as explained thoroughly and clearly. Thank you guys for all your help!!!!

This is one of the worst pharmacies in Tampa Bay. Both the Pharmacy Tech and the Pharmacist are very arrogant. I gave the Pharmacist a prescription for pain killers and started asking me questions why I have these types of pain killers. I felt as if I was being interrogated. She told it will take 30 minutes and she was not busy at all. I came back at 2:43pm and asked her if it was ready. Her response was that she told me that it would take 30 minutes and I had 7 minutes to go and if I did not like I can have the prescription back and go elsewhere. Customer service has gone done in Walmart.

I have never had issue with this pharmacy. They have never had issue with explaining my meds to me or filling my prescription.

Sajid is a great manager, takes care of the problem immediately and efficiently, speaks to you in a respect manner.
