I was at Walmart earlier today with a friend and he needed to know where an item is located so he asked an employee. The employee's response was "no hablo ingles". I think that's ridiculous, the employees should be able to speak English so they can help customers.

This review is strictly for the automotive department.If I can give it 0 stars then I would. I had a 7:00 appointment to get a headlight restoration and was told it would be about an hour.After waiting 1.5 hour's and asked how much longer, I was told another 30 minutes. After waiting more then 2.5 hour's it was finally done.Another person was told it would only take 45 minutes to change a tire. He was leaving when I did.The people that work there really need to tell the customer's how long the job will really take so we can make other arrangements instead of waiting there.

I'm still shaking from the horrible way the auto center people spoke to me. This began from the pit crew guy when I pulled in, to the guy who ignored the long line while he shuffled paper around while allowing the girl to help everyone. To the girl who was short and rude with replies. I've returned to pick up my tires and the older guy whose energy suggests he is just miserable in life finally acknowledged, oddly knew or guessed my name and told the initial rude girl to "just give her her tires". She either didn't understand or wasn't moving fast enough so he got them, rolled them to me (2 tires) and without words walked away. I am shaking again. There is no acceptable reason to treat people like this. I will copy and paste this everywhere I can. This is unacceptable!

Worst Walmart on the planet. And that's saying a lot. Zero help from anyone. Even my cashier couldn't get help from managers walking by. HORRIBLE

Worst auto service ever, after having me waiting for 20 min they told me they don't have the equipment to install my tire even though i had an appointment made. Just don't schedule any services there really not worth it

It's ok. I only come here out of convenience but every corner I turn, I see a worker "sagging" and they have their personal music blasting out of their speakers. It should be okay for employees to wear headphones but out loud? No thank you. Also if you're trying to reach a manager for ANY reason, do not call. They will put you on hold for an hour then they'll hang up on you. Whenever I've called they don't say anything when they pick up, I gotta be the one to say ?? Hey ?? And they'll respond with "yes" In an annoyed tone. Wdym yes, is this Walmart ? For all I know I could be calling someone's grandma. Eh 2 stars

I don't even remember coming here once before. I am never ever coming back to this location. Apparently I gave it one star in a review a long time ago oh, and if I could give it minus Stars I would.I felt like I was in the ghetto. It was worse than the New York location in Greenacres Long Island. No one was able to answer a simple question in the pharmacy. I asked for a manager and they look like they didn't even understand what it meant. I even said supervisor, customer service representative, anybody that understood that I needed a new scooter that worked. Not accessible if you need any scooter, not nice people working there, shelves are barely stocked. Go anywhere else except here

Came here for curbside pickup since the location nearest my house didn't have the Grinch pj pants I wanted. Placed the order abs within a few hours it was ready for pickup. This location has an area within the parking lot that is dedicated to pickup orders. Big signage on the building and signage when you enter the parking lot tells you where to go. Choose a designated parking spot and check in with the link in your email. They then bring out to your car. Easy peasy walla weasy!
