I never leave reviews but wow. Worst pharmacy ever. If I don’t call them asking for my prescription, it will literally just not get filled. My daughter has a double ear infection, the prescription was sent in by the doctor at 2pm on a Tuesday. Knowing they likely wouldn’t fill it, I waited until 5pm on WEDNESDAY to go get it. Naturally, hadn’t been touched by a pharmacist. They told me to come back in 15 minutes. Came back to the pharmacist who said “oh I’ll go fill it now then”…. What is wrong with these people. I’m not here for fun. My child is sick and I can’t get a freaking prescription filled. There’s zero urgency here and it’s absolutely ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.

Pharmacy bad customer service! I went for a COVID-19 rapid test. I had my appointment scheduled ahead of time. The person who tended to me at the window, asked me to step aside and let other cars behind me go first. That was after I explained to her that I had a scheduled appointment for a COVID-19 test. I told her that I was not comfortable with her request. She came back with the swab. Afterwards, I received a negative result. I called and spoke to a man who identified himself as the pharmacist. I explained to him that the test came back negative but that it was impossible as I did 3 at home tests and they came back positive, plus I have the symptoms. I told him I thought that my test (the swab) was not properly handled. He was dismissive of my request for a free of cost redo and acted like it was not a big deal although I told him I need the test results for work. I don't like the way I was treated here and I'll never visit this pharmacy.RACIAL BIAS ?

I am finally writing a review regarding the pharmacy. I can no longer be reserved and silent. My recent visits to the pharmacy have been some of the worst experiences I have had regarding my medications. In one instance the pharmacist actually asked me what I wanted him to do and actually changed the directions.since it was too complicated for him to figure out. The second time I had the same medication filled, the physician spoke with the pharmacy staff 3 times and Walgreens still were unable to correctly give me the prescription. Both prescribing physician and myself are beyond exasperated and are at a loss.Fortunately, there are other options and since I doubt Walgreens will respond, both the physician and I will be moving to another pharmacy. The physician is with the largest physician group in Tampa and he will be sharing this with their board of directors.This shouldn't be acceptable and I hope this will be a warning to future customers, so that they can avoid the same frustration, anger, and disappointment.

I've had numerous incidents at the store the store which I've been feeling at for a minimum of 2 years Pharmacy is okay except for the one blonde dude and the girl who helped me today, but on the other hand ROY the pharmacist literally pointed his finger at me and told me to sit down like I was a child and then made me wait an hour and a half kept showing me off and telling me to come back and then called me on his lunch and everything so I let the store manager know and he said he will take care of it. Absolute worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with my life pointed at me speaking to me like he was my father. Very lucky I'm a gentleman and I have respect for my elders especially when he was messing with me at the end and I had to say it in front of other employees and customers "I thought I told you to wait 30 minutes" he went on lunch and came back I still have the audacity of saying what he said to me.

Service is horrible at this pharmacy. I have been loyally doing business with Walgreens for many many years. I am not sure what has happened to the staff at this pharmacy, but this unfortunately has become one of the worst pharmacies to get prescriptions filled. I have had to switch most to another pharmacy which fills with no problems and is clearly able to find the error that the pharmacy techs are making when attempting to fill.

The customer service is fantastic. Always friendly but this store is ridiculously overpriced. Something you would normally pay $4 for they charge eight or nine dollars. Mouthwash was almost $9. Mister Walgreens needs to understand that people are broke right now and raising your prices as high as you do isn't helping your business

Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. I just recently switched to CVS. I had been coming to this Walgreens location for almost 2 years because it's 5 mins from my house. But over the past year or so they have gotten progressively worse in customer service and attitude - and at times their technicians can be just plain rude and seem disinterested in helping. Their drive thru window is a joke. I've been the only car in line before and sat there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody. If there's more than 1 car in line I don't even try to use the window. Get it together Walgreens pharmacy! You're in a prime location but don't act like you're the only pharmacy in town. I can drive less than 5 mins down the street to the CVS. I am amazed any of you still have jobs performing at such a poor level...hire some ppl that act like they care about what they're doing!

The pharmacy makes continuous mistakes. When show them the error they get rude and don't want to fix it. We have had to get our doctor involved. When they fix it they do not acknowledge that they made a mistake or apologize. This has happened several times over the last year. Truly scary for people who may not review their prescription when it's filled.
