I was unable to leave my home and had a prescription question. I called the pharmacy several times throughout the day. Each time my phone call was picked up and immediately put on hold without any greeting. Twice I was on hold for more than 15 mins. I finally called the front of the store and the young lady offered to place me on hold, walk over to the pharmacy and ask them to pick up the phone...they hung up.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for almost a year and every time I come here it’s like a ghost town, there’s never any employees around, I stood in the body wash isle for almost 10 minutes after pressing the button 3 times to get help, I walked around and nobody is around, and all the pharmacists I speak to are so rude, i used to be a pharmacy technician AND a shift lead at Walgreens for 5 years, I know how things work, it’s not hard to be nice to people, even after quitting Walgreens still gives me nightmares

Kevin Gonzalez was the most helpful Walgreens associate I have ever came across. He deserves a promotion. Definitely the best Walgreens person here and I come here every month to get my prescriptions as well as buy items But no one is as helpful as Kevin is

The only reason I use this pharmacy is because of the drive through. Every month it's a different issue getting meds. I've been lied to over and over again. Not only by pharmacy staff but also the store manager. I've contacted corporate and still this pharmacy is an absolute joke. You have 3 scripts? Be prepared to make multiple trips to pick them up. They always have an excuse. And forget trying to reach them by phone. You'll get cut off multiple times or left to languish forever. Who is running this pharmacy?

Only reason for one star is that you have to put one to leave a review. The rudest and most inept pharmacist. Do yourself a favor and commute to a different pharmacy. You will still save time and sanity. Seriously Walgreens… do better! I don’t leave reviews…ever, but if I can save one person the hassle of utilizing this pharmacy, I have done a service.

My name is Wayne Alexander retired Walgreen MGR. THE STAFF HERE IS OUTSTANDING WITH HELPULL CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT. THE STORE MGR. MRS.COOKUE IS SUPERIOR HAS A BEAUTIFUL HEART BIGGER THAN. USA. SHES A LOVELY LADY WHO GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP HER EMPLOYEES AND INTER REACTS WITH CUSTOMERS. HOW DO I KNOW ABOUT THIS STIRE AND EMPLOYEES. IM CAMPING ON MY TRAVEL YOURE HURRICANE LEFT WE CAMPING AT LITHIA SPRINGS PARK STRANDED. I CAME UP THIS WAY IN CARROLLWOOD FIR SOME BUSINESS SINCE I COULDNT GET BACK TO CAMPING UNTIL THINGS GOT BACK TO ORDER AT LITHIA SPRINGS PARK. IM A NATIVE OF FLORIDA IN TAMPA I LIVE IN ANN ARBOR MICHIGAN. IM IN PARKING LOT HETE WITH MY GIRL DOG 🐕 WELL BE LEAVING NEXT WEEKEND. SOME PEOPLE HERE NEED A LITTLE CURTOSEY I SEE IT SOME ARE OUTSTANDING. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! I sent my teenager in for candy. She got the sale candy but not the sale price. I purchased candy that was suppose to be $4 off but rang up incorrectly. If you dont catch it at the register it is quiet the hassle for a reimbursement. We also purchased a pumpkin stuffed animal that rang up incorrectly. This is the 3rd time and item has been marked down but not reflected in the receipt...when they 'double check' the price does say the cheaper one-and manual override/manual price entered is required?
You have to check the prices as they scan bc lots of things are mismarked and when you try to take it back due to their mistake, you are not treated super nicely.
