it’s good to know i’m not the only one this pharmacy has treated like garbage. i’ve given it 3 shots but every. single. time. i end up waiting over an hour for my medication when i call before. 2 of the times ive had my medication sent here they never received the prescription so ive had to play phone tag with my doctors office for them to resend it. it’s pretty annoying when you’re waiting for 45 min- an hour everytime and you have to listen to the young, whiny voiced, techs talking and not doing their job. as someone who works in healthcare, this is a sad excuse for a pharmacy and they should really consider finding different, more considerate, and more competent staff.

Walked in for Covid and Flu vaccines, staff were friendly and helpful, and I could tell the person giving the vaccines had experience and skill.

2/9/2023- Why is it so difficult to get through to the pharmacy??!!!???? I've tried calling 4 times and the last 3 times I've been HUNG UP ON. One of the calls someone actually answered and was laughing then HUNG UP on me! Why do people have to do so RUDE? WOW THANKS WALGREENS PHARMACY FOR RAISING MY BLOOD PRESSURE! ?? I'm so mad!

I dont think I have ever called this pharmacy ONCE and gotten an answer other than hold. I have called 4 times and each time was forced to hold until someone decided to hang up. (40 minutes) Do not fill your prescriptions here... don't. They are absolutely unprofessional.

Today is January 31st of 2024. This morning I felt profiled at this location, which I go to often. As I was waiting patiently to purchase my items. I needed a item in tobacco ( cigarettes), so I waited in line for tobacco while the young lady is in the opposite register dealing with a customer. As soon as she finished she looks at me and asked did I need anything, I said yes I need cigarettes. Right there and then she saw a gentleman, waited for him to approach and told me she'll be right with me letting him skip me. I asked for a manager and a gentleman by the name of David came out and I explained the situation to him and I told him I felt like a victim of racial profiling. He said you can not say that you felt like that, I immediately said sir you were not there at the moment so you can not tell me how I felt. He continued to hold on to the cigarettes and trying to provoke me to start a scene but then a lady by the name of Tiffany came out and said it was too early for this. She apologized and said that they will coach her. Deep in my heart, I don't think they are going to do anything about it. So all together I will stop all my family members from going to this Walgreens.

DON'T go to this place for passport photo taking. They don't know anything about it but they pretend they do. I went there four times. Every time they made a different mistake that caused the photo they took couldn't pass my passport renewl rule.

Madison would not return my order laughed about it. I contacted corporate while the other Walgreens was able to accommodate me.

Besides some of the staff been rude (not everyone, but the majority), every single time one calls or shows up for a prescription (That has not been filled out) they have a different answer/excuse. More interesting is how they offer to fill out lower amount than prescribed in different occasions, but yet again other staff members will say they are out of stock completely and have been out of stock for a long period of time. Also if paying with insurance there is stock since they don't verify the prescription because its verify b insurance already, but if paying out of pocket there is no stock since verification needs to be done by customer every time, and by the time it happens stock is not available???? Awesome ethics... Also if calling, good luck, they will place you on hold intentionally without advise or simply wouldn't pick up the phone.

Rude pharmacy staff always rushing. Terrible customer experience. Corporate Walgreens needs to do something because clearly their employees are overworked and exhausted, causing a terrible, rude inhumane pharmacy experience for customers who are just trying to care of their health. Treating people like they treat you at this pharmacy should be ilegal!

I have used this pharmacy for some time because it's closest to my home. However, it seems that their customer service is non existent. They need training for sure.They also don't know how to manage incoming foot, car and phone traffic. Be aware that calls are their lowest priorty.They're rude, Maria cut me off while talking; and LACK Professionalism. They show they are simply there for a paycheck. After calling 4x and 5th time speaking to store manager Kat, she was able to get someone for me. Kudos to her.It's time to switch.

I would pick a different pharmacy for prescriptions. Called yesterday morning and they told me it was in stock and would be ready to pick up in a couple hours. I get there this morning and it's now not available.Either they're just telling pts what they want to hear, are incompetent, or they give away medications on a FCFS basis.

They had me on hold for almost an hour just to transfer a prescription so I had to drive to them. Wait for another 30 minutes just to be told that the prescription won’t be ready until another hour and a half.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy for 7 years now and nothing has changed. If anything gotten worse! I’ve been trying to get my refill on my prescriptions for three days now and I keep getting the run around. I try to call right when they open to get status and they refuse to answer! Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend getting prescriptions here to anyone!

If I could give ZERO stars to this pharmacy I would. The person who helped me over the phone was RUDE and impatient. Not to mention the party they were having in the background, I could barely hear myself speak and the call was on speaker instead of putting it on the phone. If most of the calls for the pharmacy go to people who are also attending present customers, Walgreens needs to do better and hire someone to just take pharmacy calls.
