Walgreens Pharmacy – Fletcher & 30th Street
I always read reviews before I go anywhere—especially when it involves my health—and I write them too, because people deserve to know what they’re walking into. Unfortunately, my experience at this Walgreens was very disappointing.
The pharmacist was extremely unprofessional. She had her foot on the stand where customers place their bags, which was completely unsanitary and unacceptable. She didn’t explain why my prescription wasn’t ready or when it would be. Her body language and attitude made me feel like I was a bother. She didn’t say “hurry up,” but the way she moved, looked, and rushed me gave that vibe loud and clear.
I live in Riverview, so coming all the way to this location on Fletcher & 30th is not a quick trip. I ended up leaving without my medicine and had to return the next day, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
Pharmacies should be a place of care and compassion—not attitude and unprofessionalism. I really hope Walgreens addresses this, because customers deserve better.

I always had good service when I went there. As for giving out a staff's name HIPPA laws prevent that.

I purchased some items that were marked clearance,,,when I got to the register,,it rung up as regular price,,,I brought it to the cashier's attention,,,she went back to check the price and came back and said it was a error on their part and the manager instructed her to give me the clearance price. I thought that was awesome, living on a fixed income that means a lot.

They make people wait, today March 18 at 7:45, the worst service, three people and none was able to help me with a deposit, after waiting for more than 15 minutes, a lamentable service

“Anemica” (who would also not provide any of the names of anyone) Find that very concerning that any company would withhold a name of staff working there when requested. Staff pharmacist was completely unprofessional and lied to customer stating a voicemail had been left. There was no missed call and then she proceeded to tell me that “someone” called and left me a voicemail and my phone never ring nor was their a voicemail left at all. This Walgreens has lied multiple times and barely ever answer the phone on a daily basis. I then asked for the person who called and she then withheld the information which makes no sense considering she said they tried to reach out. They come up With stories about medication issues everytime. She was condescending, totally unprofessional and could have cared less about the customer. I asked to speak to a manager but she stated they weren’t around after asking several times. I will also be contacting corporate to let them know. Asked several times for the woman’s name who lied about calling and I was still not given a name. The Walgreens is located at East Fletcher avenue in Tampa FLorida. DO NOT GO THERE WARNING. The very last interaction was had with a supposed “ Jenay” seems as everyone has a fake name in that location. They then proceeded to put signs up after I was talking and shut down the window and stop talking to me. There were also 5 cars waiting behind that they left in line and made them wait. Lack of customer service is an understatement. Absolutely absurd

One of the worst I’ve seen… no shopping cards, no baskets, you literally have to carry your stuff in your hand as your shop… God forbid you would need to get more than two or three items, you’re gonna have to balance some of your head another to get to the register, unbelievable!!

if you’re thinking about using their pharmacy DONT!!! they’re very rude & laugh at their patients. Maria insisted that I had no insurance and refused to admit her fault. They’ll waste your time.. do not go.

perhaps the slowest and most mismanaged pharmacy, not just for a walgreens, but in all of tampa. calling the pharmacy is 20/80 chance of getting an answer at all.
so glad my neighborhood pharmacy was put out of business because of this phugging company!

Pharmacy is the slowest I've witnessed. No sense urgency at all. They have 3 registers and only 1 cashier with almost 10 people in line. Each person takes 15mins to check out.
