Not sure why it takes 30 minutes to pick up a prescription in the drive thru. If you have a customer who needs extended assistance, tell them to come inside. Or take a practice from dry cleaning or fast food and have them park. Get them out of the line so others picking up their prescription can get it done quickly.

We unfortunately were forced to use Walgreens due to our insurance. We called to switch the prescription from CVS and gave all the pertinent information, including the insurance to Walgreens. Days went by and they never called to say the prescription was ready. I called 3xs to ask what was going on and each time was placed on hold for over 25 minutes and they never answered the phone. Every time they would pick up the phone, not say anything and throw you back on hold. So I was forced to make a trip in to see what had happened. When I went in I explained to Sarah behind the counter the situation, upon checking she said oh yeah I remember you, you gave me the wrong insurance info. I said why didn't you call to let me know there was a problem? She said oh that's just a courtesy we don't have to call you. She aggressively and rudely took the insurance card and told me wait 10 minutes. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well as my insurance company. Not to mention they were $10 more to fill my script though them.

Brian, in the photo center was so helpful. My iPhone was being difficult and he was patient and helped me figure out the problem. Very friendly and great service! Thank you Brian!

By far the WORST pharmacy on the planet. The pharmacist admitted that neither she nor her team regularly checks the voicemail for providers to call in prescriptions. So if your provider called something in there is a 99% chance they did t fill it. They take days to fill prescriptions that are literally 30 count bottles that only need a label applied. Florida blue forces me to use Walgreens otherwise I guarantee I would be at literally any other pharmacy in the world from this garbage one. Pure garbage.

This store is supposed to be open until 12 am but came at 11:45 and the door was closed and the employee was sitting on the register counter on his phone

I been coming to this walgreens location for over 5 year I always have good experience.But Today I had a very uncomfortable time, when Latoya not sure if its the manager was basically screeming and treating verbally really bad the cashier and a customer, denying helping the customer that went to pick up some pictures after receiving an email saying pictures was ready. While the line had like 4 people waiting she completely denied helping. In my opinion Ms. Latoya need some customer service and know the concept of it. It was very disturbing

The whole time I was there I couldn't figure out why it was so hot it must have been 85° F in there and it was because the front door was wide open and they had one register open with about 10 people standing in line two people running one register is ridiculous

Friendly staff. They will often open another register when a line builds up.

The pharmacist was very helpful. I showed her a concern and she said to go straight to urgent care for a shot and she was so right... If I would have waited they said I could have ended up in the hospital. I'm glad I listened to her advice.

Pharmacy was SO helpful in finding an alternate store that would have the specific drug I needed, since they were out of stock. I had my sick kid with me, it was late, and I was a bit overwhelmed. None of the underlying problem was their fault, and they handled it with genuine care and service. Thank you!

This location is closest to me, and I've gone here for close to 20 years. Everyone is friendly and professional; the store is clean and well-organized and pharmacists are knowledgeable. I could easily change stores, but why would I? I don't understand the negative reviews.

Worst place ever, I went to return a allergy pill witch is a Walgreens brand and they refused because I didn’t have a receipt, I used cash but I lost the receipt. I ask to talk to a manager and they said It wasn’t anyone present. I will Never buying anything from any Walgreens again .Ia a pic with expiration date and is not open

This review is for the employee named Rachni...she always goes above and beyond for her customers. She is incredibly sweet and professional. I always have receipt issues when sale prices arn't reflected at the register. Rachni always quickly checks and resolves the issues...I just appreciate it so much. The pharmacy and Rachni are the only positive thing I can say for this specific Walgreens.
