Drivethru is full, indoor pharmacy line is more than 20 people and I have been waiting in line for more than 30 minutes. One will be dead before one can get meds here. This is utterly unacceptable.

This has been the worse experience ever! Imagine having major back surgery. Unable to sleep, unable to get comfortable, and the pain is so bad that you can barely walk through my house. 5 days after my surgery and here I am practically begging Walgreens to fill my prescription. Multiple times this has happened and I have ran across multiple patrons today whom is also waiting for their prescriptions. To make matters worse, when I mentioned that I will change pharmacies, I was told by the tech “do whatever you got to do”. Now as a Registered Nurse (ICU), pain is subjective meaning, pain is what the patient says it is. Pain is not something that you can see and definitely not be ignored! There is absolutely nothing wrong with my prescription nor my insurance. They clearly do not care about the patients. I will never use this pharmacy again. They do not care, they are rude, nor do they have any respect for others and what patients go through.

Jessie J. was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. There was a line due to uncontrolled situations from the employees but she was moving as fast as she could with a smile on her face. I'll come back to this Walgreens simply because of her.

I don't like a security guard trying to bully them selves at me and my daughter. Follow me to the rest room and bother my daughter with her bags. Even staying upfront. Walking around us and still bothering us. The staff saw this and we told the staff and they did nothing.

Jessica in pharmacy has an attitude and treats customers terribly. Customer service training recommended. Long waits, hate having to go to this location.

This place is horrible I do no recommend going here, i went to get a COVID test and realized I bought the 2 pack and I only wanted one so I went to return it and had to ask for a manager bc I didn’t have my id and supposedly u need ur id for returns over 20 dollars so the manager came, put my info manually and refunded me the money I got to my car and realized she gave me a fake 20 dollar bill. They do not check bills and she gave me a fake bill with red Japanese letters on it. Then she tried saying she didn’t give me that bill.

Pharmacy is horrible. Line to checkout is horrible so people are trying to come to the pharmacy to check out just to slow things down even more don't understand why it would take 5+ hours for 1 script.

Franky the pharmacist tech is so entirely rude and disrespectful. The way she speaks to people is completly unacceptable. I’ve always chosen walgreens and im 100% switching to CVS.

this pharmacy is a ? they never have the medicines ? days come days go by and the trips to look for them are countless, they do not answer the calls and when they answer it they say we do not have enough staff because the client is interested in spooning that. Sometimes I've gone and it only has 3 customers, they wait, they come and they wait, they go and they're fine. Thanks, it's a disaster.

This place is so slow!!! If you need to pick up a prescription be prepared to spend at least an hour in the drive thru or inside.

The blonde manager Jessie always has a welcoming smile and positive attitude! She is able to multitask and acknowledge every customer, making the waiting less frustrating. More than once I have seen her go above and beyond for more than one customer at a time in the photo department, while also helping customers on line at the registers. I come to this location regularly because it is close to my home and this store is busier than it used to be and they always seem short staffed now. Hopefully she is there when you go so you can have a smoother and more pleasant experience.

I’ve been in the same line for about 45 mins with no movement….I went in the inside in the line is even longer for the pharmacy…..as a former employee of Walgreens for about a year, this is very sad…..it should never take this long…..even on regular days in the regular line you can wait about 30 minutes…..employees ignore or simply don’t care about IC3 calls……this store really needs help in so many ways, I honestly feel like they take long on purpose. It’s been years of bad service and bad reviews, yet no difference. Sad to see how my neighborhood is treated.

As others have said, absolutely terrible service here. One incredibly slow cashier with a line of people any time you go there. These people have no hussle and no sense of urgency.Honestly someone needs to re-staff this location with people who care enough to do an okay job.

Condescending pharmacy staff. Long waits and terrible service to then be told you do not know what you are talking about. I saw it happen multiple times with other customers, but I moved my prescription when it happened to me. Don't waste your time. You will end up moving your prescriptions somewhere else later anyway.
