Worse pharmacy ever! The service is horrible. An older gentleman asked the pharmacy tech Jordan a question and he ignored him and walked past him. Never will I return here. This is why I moved all prescriptions from this location.

Try to call.. get hung up on before they answer.
They answer, you get attitude.
Average wait time per car in drive through.. over 15 minutes.
Extremely slow, ignorant and inconsistent.
Do better. You’re a medicine provider

Lashawn provided excellent customer service during our visit. She went out of her way to take care of our needs in a professional and friendly manner. We will make this Walgreens our go-to pharmacy in the future! Thanks to Lashawn and the great staff at Walgreens!

Poor experience getting checked for COVID/FLU. After filling out everything online and being told I qualify for free testing, I get told “government stopped paying for it, so our code doesn’t work anymore” when checked in.
I explained that’s fine, I’ll pay but I want the store number and complaint # so I can file a formal complaint as well as speak to her manager after I pay. A few moments later, the code was “tried” and still worked. Idk why that would not have been tried first, before spreading misinformation.
I got told I tested negative, but I’m sneezing and sniffling as are others here and there’s no wet wipes or Kleenex or anything. Bathrooms have the automatic air dryers but no paper in there either. Their health corner glass door is shattered so they’re using side rooms to conduct their testing.
Go somewhere else. This place does not seem to be putting in any effort.

Wow. The pharmacy is sloowwwwwwww. Goood god. A woman didn’t notice I had two more prescriptions on my list and sent me on my way. Well I checked and not all my medication was there. I had to make the lonngggggggg line again and then they told me the other half wasn’t ready. Came back later and had to wait an hour in line again. Horrible

Store front is very clean and organized! Big spacious store. I love the white lights and front staff was all so friendly. Check out experience was fast. These Italian cookies are so delicious 🎉🎊

YOU MUST GO THERE IN PERSON FOR EVERY LITTLE THING AND EVEN THEN YOU MAY STILL NOT GET WHAT YOU NEED.

This has to be the worst Walgreens in all of Tampa. The pharmacy line is always like literally 10 people deep at all times because the techs/ pharmacists have no idea what they’re doing. The employees are never helpful and are impossible to find if you need help getting something because EVERYTHING IS LOCKED UP. This Walgreens just needs to shut down to be honest.
