Pharmacy staff are very professional and courteous. They always have my scripts ready on time and always in stock. I have a few medications that are hard to get, but always have them. There have been times where I’ve realized last minute that I’m out of a certain medication and they will fill it for me quickly, last minute. I highly recommend this pharmacy.Michael Perez

maybe walgreens should hire better pharmacist who will actually answer phone and provide great customer service. I see why you all are closing. Lousy service

The Walgreens pharmacy at 2115 E. Hillsborough Ave. in Tampa is the worst. I took my father's prescription there to be filled and the guy (pharmacist) told me it would have to go thru his Workman's Comp Agent for approval mind you 3 months prior my wife and I spent 45 minutes at the pharmacy in person giving them the proper information to insure there were no delays in getting his meds by coordinating with the agent and the pharmacist together in real time to make sure they had all the correct information. Now 3 months later they are acting as if they don't know anything. When I dropped off his script the pharmacist said it has to go thru workman's comp I said I know, then the pharmacist tells me that I have to call workman's comp for approval at that moment I became extremely angry and told this guy that's BS and that he was lazy, because the agent already told us how this works in detail and she personally called the pharmacy to coordinate with the exact same pharmacist who's telling me that I have to call and get the approval for a script myself that I'd been getting at that pharmacy for going on 2 years was crazy. He was angry that I cursed at him and told him he was lazy, but the guy was truly disinterested in helping me or doing his job from the beginning. I pulled off and called the workman comp agent who said she saw the request in the computer and approved it she said it would be 48 hours or so for them to fill the script. 2 days later I called the pharmacy and spoke with a young lady who told me it's not ready, and when I asked the ETA she snapped "I don't know" and that all she kept saying along with "we'll call you when it's ready." sounding as if she was annoyed. I called back the agent and advised her on the situation and she said she'd call the pharmacy. The agent called back 30 mins later said they are going to process it and that it should be ready tomorrow. The agent couldn't understand why they said they did not have anything as she approved it via computer 2 days earlier, and it showed confirmed on her end. I waited another 2 days not hearing anything from the pharmacy, so my wife called and was told it's not ready. WTH?!? This medicine is for my 89yo father who is in debilitating pain and the pharmacy is dragging it's feet on filling the prescription. I believe this guy was so pissed I went off on him that he placed a note or something in the computer to block this from being done and as of the writing of this review we still have not gotten a call from this pharmacy on if his prescription is ready and it's been nearly 10 days. If something happens to my father I'm going after Walgreens because this is unacceptable, and that kid (Pharmacist) should be fired!

9:20Pm I came to pick up my father prescription and Pharmacy is closed is insane so maybe they should change the Pharmacy name for a Grocery store that has a part time Pharmacy. ???

I had a prescription transferred from Walmart to Walgreens because Walmart was out of them they're on backorder for two or three months so I had to transfer, and they had no problem with it and they help me with the most upmost respect and courtesy unbelievable they gave me excellent service the pharmacy did so I recommend Walgreens to anybody and everybody thank you very much Walgreens ?

Terrible, there is no description, for claiming my photos they did not want to charge me, and when I told them that they could not do that, they threatened to call the police ?♂️, this is something alarming, all the staff should be removed and educate the next generation, the worst of the worst, this girl and her classmates were so rude that they even wanted to run me out of the place.

I paid extra for a custom cover it’s not even glued properly. The cover is just a piece of glossy paper glued onto the book. It looks like they just slapped it on without aligning the edges of the cover. Also the binding font is faded and not clear. I wouldn’t recommend buying any type of book service from this photo department or Walgreens in general. My sister tried a Walgreens in another location to do a print as a gift and they also had issues giving quality service.

I want to report that in this store the staff they have is very rude. As a customer, you are not going to ask the store. The name of this person is Gina and the colleague who is the supervisor From the 8 pm hours, I am a customer I frequent the store but with this that happened I do not intend to return to this store, a case of racism never happened to me before
