Lindsey has to be one of the worst pharmacy managers I’ve ever met in my life. She really knows how to lead a staff of grumpy incompetent pharmacist. The staff is just awful, except for one gentleman(I don’t remember his name). I only go here because its conveniently by my house but I am considering driving out of my way to go to a location that is educated and know what they’re doing.

Big shot out to Fatima a new farmacy representative on this facility who patiently helped me with my mother prescription, a really tough task she overturned into successful outcome with professionalism and empathy, I'm taking my time to write this review with all the right words because she went far and beyond to manage the situation, she actively listened and was on point problem solving the situation!Fatima is a 5 start employee! Hard to find these days!

Lazy employees, with rude pitiful attitudes. If you EVER try to come here for deodorant or razors or anything locked up in a case, go somewhere else. They're never going to unlock it, it simply will not happen. These people don't work. Don't even waste your time.

Terrible customer service, they talk a lot on the phone. I was waiting for a while, oh, and she didn't even look at me, she went to talk, oh, oh. Bad service, they should have more respectful people who pay attention to customers.

Expensive, always expensive. But they do have the odd sale, like I found 1 night Lingth those wonderful chocolates from Europe. Normally ,7.99-8.99, their last 2 boxes, $2.99 per bag, milk chocolate my fav. Did them all in a night. Thank you.

No one should be disrespected, belittled and made to feel less as I did by the pharmacist working at Hillsborough & Rome on 5/1 at the beginning of the day. I will never set foot in a Walgreens again (not that it will do anything or go anywhere with Walgreens but it will for me)

Pharmacy staff are very professional and courteous. They always have my scripts ready on time and always in stock. I have a few medications that are hard to get, but always have them. There have been times where I’ve realized last minute that I’m out of a certain medication and they will fill it for me quickly, last minute. I highly recommend this pharmacy.Michael Perez
