In pain some one answer the phone and put me on hold forever the phone rung back no one answer awful to do customers like that and I am in pain

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Don't take my word just try them for yourself. They take absolutely no pride in customer satisfaction, no matter what medication you are taking.

Terrible service and so rude and when you call they answer by saying Walgreens how can I help,but still put you on hold,they do it three times then hang up on you,if your prescription is for opioid get ready,because without knowing your medical condition,they'll treat you like a drug addicted person that's doing something illegal,just for calling in your prescription like you're supposed to,for the love of God someone please do something about this farmacy,I suffer from anxiety and everytime I call this place I get very very sick

The worst store for prescription refills if you can avoid this chain I would suggest that you do. My prescription was sent over electronically from my Dr. On 8/29 with the upcoming holiday I requested that it be available 9/3 instead of 9/4. I was told to call back and make the request on 9/3/23 I called at 1030am and was told it would be filled and that I would receive a text message when it was available at 415pm I called and spoke to the same woman. Still no medicine after holding for 8 mins she came back on the line and said "Oh we dont have enough medication to fill your script check back on tues and we will see if we can fill it then". What in the world kind of customer service is this??WORST EVER...I told her to just cancel it because I refuse to be treated like that by a company who has had extensive problems with the law in regards to following the rules for the distribution of pain medication.

Employees need to learn not to hit customers especially seniors. Disable or anyone else also assistant. Goes along . Plus also dirty garbage on top of counter that people give them from McDonald's. why don't they throw it away.covid and other germs around still. Never went away. Assistant makes fun my mom buying medical items. Where is the manger of the store.

horrible staff, try to call them to make sure they can fill a prescription and they just immediately answer and put you on hold and leave you there without saying a thing. very rude and unprofessional

I've been coming to this walgreens for several years but it has really gone down in customer service, and the last day just confirmed it when an employee spoke negatively and openly about a paying customer with kids to another. That had caused another customer to antagonize said customer and a physical and verbal altercation broke out where the mother was spat on and assaulted. Many hurtful things were said to the mother and her small kids under 3 years old. She was discrimated against by her race and motherhood. I hope something is done by corporate and management so that this doesn't happen to another woman in the future. Don't come to this location, the staff here are not on your side and don't care for the community, or your safety.

I've gotten 4 pairs of headphones here(don't ask why) and not 1 set works properly. On the 3rd return the lady said it wasn't connected to my rewards account so I couldn't return it but when I went today the account instantly came up. Oh and their ATM charges $6.95. I think that's literally RUDE. This isn't Manhatten

My husband n I have been going to Walgreens pharmacy for over 32 years at Busch Blvd n 22. We are now at the Fowler location. In 4n half months it's been terrible. We are ready to change to Bush n 56 street. I get a text message saying my meds are ready and I go in the following day n its not ready. I go in two days later and it has to be verified and the pharmacy is on break. My husband takes 7 pills a day. I'm on 5. Giving them one more chance. there sidewalks are nasty and have human waste on the bricks. This wouldn't happen in Carroll or Temple Terrace

If I could leve a zero star I would.. I'm in need of my medication & have been calling for hours only to have the same person pick up & put me on hold for hours. & in other occasions i have been treated very rude. Honestly I'd rather go anywhere else then this location. Maybe not deal with Walgreens at all anymore... HR needs to investigate ? this location.

This is a busy location and the employees deal with a lot of unnecessarily aggressive customers. It's ridiculous to see "grown" ppl acting like children. These people are doing a job, they worked thru covid and have taken the brunt of the country's vaccinations. They dealt with people's fear during the pandemic and most of them have had covid at least once from working where they do. Give them a break ppl. I give them 10/5 stars, even on a bad day. Otherwise, the location is understaffed and usually understocked. This would be easily remedied by paying the employees a higher wage for the work they're doing. I am telling you I wouldn't work in a pharmacy or drug store for less than $30/hr post pandemic. During the pandemic they should have been getting much more than that.
